Ligs very sore during stretching?

Hello all

I have been back on the newbie routine for just over a month now and things have been going well.

Recently, mainly just my last few sessions of PE, every time i stretch I feel a sharp pull and ache in what I think is my Ligs, I get this from stretching with hardly any force, before I could stretch with much greater force and not feel this. It feels like the pain is toward the base of the penis.

I’m just wanting to find out if this is a good sign or should I be letting up and maybe taking a few days rest?

Well if you’ve been at the newbie routine for the past month, give it a rest for a few days till it feels better. Then try doing PE every other day. The newbie routine actually isnt too “newbie” friendly. It takes quite the toll on a beginner.

I personally slacked when I started, doing it every other day sort of thing, and that even would make my ligs hurt at times.

So Ligs hurting isnt a good sign? I thought it might be a sign im actually getting a decent stretch and extending the ligs.

An ache fatigue feel is fine that is what you should shoot for. Pain or it actually hurting is not fine.

A pain, like if you feel like a nerve is being pinched, is bad. If you feel just like a sore slow ache, then that is normal.

But since it seems so sensitive, I would just lay off just in case. You only have 1 of these things man, play it slow and safe.
