How importnant are rest days

How important are rest days

I started PEing a few weeks ago and obviously went for the newbie routine after a lot of reading. My initial idea was to do the 2 days on 1 day off routine, but on the third day I PE’d anyway and thought I’d switch to 5 days on and 2 days off. But now it’s been about 2 weeks and I haven’t taken a rest day. Is that a bad thing, who much rest should someone take when just starting PEing?

I mean I know I should be taking rest days, I’m just thinking is there a chance that I might of damaged something or slowed down gains by not taking the rest days when starting my routines?

By the way, there have been no negative indicators thus far.

I believe rest,especially in the beginning is important.

The newbie routine is more for conditioning so you don’t hurt yourself when you advance.

Yes you can grow from it, but you can also set the stage for failure by overdoing it.

Since you just started I would say take a few days off and let it heal from whats been done to it.

Even if you havent injured it, you still have stressed it beyond what it was used to.

Then start over.

2 on 1 off or 3 on 1 or 2 off. But rest is just as important as the exercises.

From my experience rest days aren’t as important as people tend to think, especially when it comes to stretching. Advanced girth work necessitates a few rest days here and there but in most cases those take care of themselves (a lack of privacy some days or something similar). But this pertains only to intermediate and advanced PE:ers who have been doing this for a fairly long time. As a newbie I think you should take structured rests until you have a better feel for what PE is, how it’s done properly, and what it does to you (recovery patterns differ). It’s very easy to overdo things in the early stages of inspiration and excitement so having those scheduled rest days will make sure that you don’t hurt yourself.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

I agree. You need to give your body a chance to rest. Your dick needs to rest. Resting also gives your dick a chance to repair itself inorder grow. That’s my opinion.

Did Bib take rest days ? I’m taking rest days, only when I don’t have time for PE, and sometimes when my unit is very tired. My rest day would be an ADS day. Anyway I’m interested too in this problem. Why rest days ? And what is a rest day ? Doing nothing, no form of PE ?

Think of it this way.. Do body builders work out every single day? They recommend working out 3 times a week.. (I hear).

Why work out the penis more then the biceps?

I think that applies more to girth exercises though.. I don’t think that Stretching would need such a rest.
