I need help in here,every time I do stretches my dick start to get erect,I mean,I do a 20 sec. hold in one direction,and the I have to wait 2 minutes to be flaccid again,my stretching sessions should last like 6 minutes,but its taking 25 MINUTES because of that shit,and I don’t know how to fix it.

Normally with time your penis learns that it’s time to exercise and that you are not about to jerk off, so it stays flaccid. If you need to, just jerk off first then do your stretches. That should help it to stay flaccid.

For now either do your jelqing first then jack off and stretch, or jack off, do your stretching, then do your jelqing later when you can maintain a 60% erection again.

But jerking off can hinder gains?

Jerking off don’t hinder gains. I agree your penis will get used to the idea of exercises and that your not going to jerk off. Masturbate then wait 20 mins you only need about 60% erection level for jelqing and being to hard will not work well.

In my experience, absence of ejaculation benefits gains.

I always say masturbation (ejaculation really) doesn’t hinder gains. If you were to really push me on the subject I would say it does, by maybe as much as 10%. I don’t think that is enough to warrant stressing about: what does it matter if you spend 11 months or a year to reach a certain amount of gains? If it stopped gains or made it really difficult to gain that would make it a problem, but to all intents and purposes I don’t believe ejaculation is going to make enough difference to the effectiveness of your PE to be concerned about it.

I wouldn’t disagree with what firegoat wrote. I don’t, however, have a good sense of the magnitude of positive effect that ejaculation abstinence has on PE as it has been a part of my Life long before I discovered the concept of PE and has remained so since that discovery. I expect that firegoat’s estimate of 10% is based on his experience, which makes it valued information; it seems about right based on my intuition too…but I wouldn’t place any appreciable value on that!

My gains have been very good by any objective standard. But more to the point in a more causal sense: all organisms seek to persist, both individuals and as a species. As such, organisms possess complex physiochemical feedback loops that support persistence of the individual and the individual’s species. Ejaculation and it’s consequences are formed as a result of both of these physiochemical forces, together aptly referred to as the biological imperative (to procreate). When one ejaculates, the body interprets this as a successful engagement with this biological imperative, thereby causing a series of complex physiochemical processes to ensue which, in aggregate, serve to withdraw (contract) the penis, effectively disarming it from further biological imperative missions until such time as the arsenal has been re-built up…the refractory period.

So what happens when, during arousal, one does not satisfy the body’s biological imperative? A different set of physiochemical processes occur that have the effect of causing further engorgement of the penis as a means of more fully emphasizing the need to engage in the biological imperative. This serves the physical function of enlarging the penis and the chemical function of making one hornier, a combination that by it’s nature is intended to facilitate getting that biological imperative done. As homo sapiens, we possess attributes unique among organisms, most significantly, self awareness and the capacity for abstract thought. Among the myriad manifestations of these is the ability manipulate the world around us…and our selves…for an equally myriad number of purposes. In the context of PE, we can, if we so choose, manipulate our physiochemistry to exist in the state that supports more penis engorgement and horniness; this is done by not ejaculating during arousal.

Of course, the additional horniness that results makes the accomplishment of not ejaculating difficult; this is where seminal kung fu is most helpful…but that is another discussion.
