Gains
I have been PEing pretty consistently lately. I felt the urge to measure this fine afternoon, and to my suprise my BPSFL has went from 6 1/8 inches to 6 3/8 inches (thinking about measuring in centimeters.. I hate fractions and converting to decimals). I’ll be measuring the rest of my measurements throughout the day.
My routine is 2 sets of DLD Blasters, and 2 sets of 30 second stretching up, down, sides, and straight out. Every other session I do 120 Jelqs. For a warm-up I dip my penis into a cup of warm-hot water for about 20 seconds, and I do that 2 or 3 times. After my routine I use warm water for 20 seconds, then I dip it into a cup of cold water. The gains I’m sure have come since I started using cold water in my cool down. Is it proven that cold water for a cool down helps with healing? I read a post about it, but I only skimmed through and didn’t take it in.
Left but back, just don't feel right without it.
