I’ve seen a several members recommending Fowler’s for a better flaccid hang and prevent turterling. However I don’t understand how I am supposed to combine it with the newbie routine. I don’t think it means that I just should do a BTC-stretch in my regular routine. I get the impression that this is something done for a longer time?

Anyway I have a major problem with my stupid penis standing straight out. I look like an idiot at the gym because of that stupid thing poking out through my pants. :(
I have already accepted that I can’t shower there (which btw also means that I can’t use the wonderful sauna). So I always take a shower when I’m home instead. But do I really have to have a stupid problem with my stupid dick even with my pants on? The winter and the snow just came here in sweden and it became even worse. I’ve also been have dating this wonderful lady for a week now but yesterday after I came home from the gym (on my bicycle in -10 Celsius degrees) I just felt that I will screw it up with this woman because of the bad confidence I have thanks to my dick. I was thinking about that I can’t even walk around with pants on, looking normal. Instead I constantly have to find 3 seconds of privacy as often as possible to point it down. But it is only a short matter of time before it’s pointing straight out again. I was seriously thinking about killing my self. Really.. :(

A fowfer is done by pulling your penis to full length and sitting on your penis, or pulling it between your legs, flaccid and gripping it there between your thighs so it stays stretched. If you are pointing straight out, you probably have ‘high balls’. Most young guys do. There are quite a few threads on scrotum stretching, which can help your balls to hang looser in a few weeks.

If you go into that wonderful sauna, you will see that lots of other guys who worry less have the same ‘problem’. It’s normal. Don’t worry about it.

Many guys gain a bit of flaccid size before anything else with PE, so your ‘problem’ may be temporary, but basically, don’t worry about it. guys dicks do what guys dicks do, and everyone accepts that.

A dick sticking straight out is not an uncommon trait. Check out some of the nude beach tumblrs and you will notice a lot of flaccid dicks sticking strait out. I think it gives a rather nice look under sweat pants.

Anyway, you should try doing bed fowfers - pulling it between your legs and holding it there with your theighs. Works best if you lay on your Sid in a loose fetal position. Once you have tried it a few times, practice strengthening your legs out while holding tight with your theighs. Once you have mastered that, carefully try rolling on to your stomach if that is your preferred sleeping position.

I have been been doing bed fowfers for several years and can sometimes hold it between my legs for several hours at a stretch.

The thing is that when my penis is in a perfect mode and hangs STRAIGHT down, my scrotum does too. Pretty far down actually. Wouldn’t stretching make me look like I’m 80 years old in that mode then? Well I guess I can’t have it looking good in both modes.

How am I supposed to combine fowfer with the newbie routine then? Should I just make it to one of the stretches that I hold for 30 seconds? Isn’t it too much do a fowfer for several hours? I thought stretching meant higher tension than hanging, and hanging is only done I 20 minutes set if I’m not all wrong?

Btw, tried doing a fowfer now and one of my balls went like 2 cm above where my penis starts :P In others words my ball is in my belly. Looks like tumor.

You won’t get the same tension from a fowfer as from a manual stretch by hand. If you do fowfers for too long, you get turtling, so judge how long to do them by whether you get good hang afterwards. Just do them sat at your computer or in bed. Build the time up slowly.

Okay. I think I will have to loosen up my balls at first thou.

Have done these and like the stretch I get on my base. But I have a problem with my shaft wanting to turn when I sit down. Is this okay or am I doing something wrong, when it is not turned I get a better pull on my root thou. Any suggestions on how to keep it from rotating. Send me PM if you like, or reply here.

When you sit down just reposition your dick, then reclamp your thighs. If the twist is always the same direction then you need to change it. If it is random, then I would not overly worry about it.

Yea it always twists the same way just like it hangs to the left, which I have been trying to change with my BTC. I make it twist to the right when I do those to see it will help it hang straighter in front also. But my head sticks out between my cheeks so I can check which way it is turned by felling the ridge around my head. This helps so I can reach back and give it a pull to keep good tension on it. Like the pull I get on my root while doing these, get really good pull if I sit then try to slip forward to get extra pull. Thanks
