Edging 101

On side note: I was able to masturbate quickly for 20 to 30 mins without reaching PONR (porn star humping speed wise) right after pelvis floor pump. Pelvis floor pump is reverse kegel pump right? I have been edging for many years. I use to be able to edge in excess of a couple of hours. When I was much younger, say in my late teens, I would edge quite frequently. This paid dividends when I eventually married, because I had developed staying power. I always prided myself with the fact that I could bring my wife to climax almost every time. I very seldom finished before she did. This made for a GREAT sex life. You younger guys should not get yourself in the habit of masturbating and finishing quickly. I have a very close friend who finished quickly as a teen. His wife calls him her “two minute man.” I was nearly always able to last very long. Sometimes upwards to an hour or more. Now I am still able to edge for up to 30 minutes several times a week. I now find myself single, because of being widowed.

I was wondering if adding edging to my routine would be a Good idea when still aiming for more length or girth? I understand that cumming can be counterproductive to gains. Should I focus on achieving my desired size before moving on to edging?

I have been having an issue with the girl I just started seeing. I cum way too quick with her. She can only get off through penetration. I am used to wearing a condom with past women and I have never had an issue with having a hair trigger before. In my opinion, edging is good for PE-ers as good as non-PE-ers and doesn’t really affect the gains. The only thing it can affect is cementing it, depends of someone really believe in something like cementing.

This technique can train You how to delay the shooting without long rests in sex, thick condoms, etc.

As for masturbate can minimize the gains: I think it won’t, neither do sex.

If really for you this is counterproductive, try edging during rest days. Jelqing also helps in keeping on track without cum, but it’s minor help.

I have read at a different site that edging influences an increase in testosterone level. This is in contrast to cumming which supposedly causes a decease in testosterone levels. In my younger years it was not unusual for me to have sex 5-7 times a week. After being widowed and remarrying, it was not unusual to go, some days, two or three times a day and that day after day.

This was a brilliant guide on edging. Some sites/blogs advise kegeling to stop the orgasm, which I know now (from this post) is wrong :) .. Another thing to try is to reverse kegel (ie push out) some time before reaching the orgasm point, instead of pushing out at the very end, which is risky :) . Concentrate and you can feel it and vary the push intensity to counteract the orgasm urge - if that makes sense. And whilst have never thought of myself as gay or even bi, watching videos of cum is awesome when yr edging. Enjoy.

The problem I have been getting is that the lack of sleep from edging all night long every night for so many consecutive years has made me very tired. Only edging? I think not, but you find it by yourself.

Maybe try edging with cock ring or other light clamp-like items. I’ve measured myself after 5mins of edging in hair tie and expansion is about 0.5cm in length and about 0.8cm in girth. Maybe this option of edging can promote growth.

In the meantime, try Newbie Routine- low erection jelqs and stretching would be better than edging.
