Edging 101

How to:

1: Get an erection. Your going to be at it a while so privacy and no distractions are the best conditions to start an edging routine.

2: If you are a two second man ejaculate first, wait for the return then proceed to edge. (Masturbate)

3: Use a good lube, KY jelly is is to drying use a good hand lotion.

4: Stroke the base of your erect penis slowly move up toward the frenulum. The frenulum is the trigger zone this is what makes you cum to soon. Avoid the frenulum unless you decide it is time to cum. Remember edging teaches your mind to be in control not your biological sensations.

5: If you feel the urge to cum, start to move back down to the base again. Keep the strokes slow at first don’t stroke fast until you have mastered edging.

6: When you feel like you are about to cum(PONR) stop edging until the sensation leaves then resume edging (Masturbating)
PONR means point of no return. At this time you can play with your nuts. Explore for the “G” spots you did not realize you had in this area until the sensation to ejaculate subsides.

7: kegel while you are edging. The best type of kegel for this is a moderate pulsing of the BC muscle. When you decide it is time to blow relax the kegel.

You will learn when your shaft is loading up with cum to ejaculate. When you feel it in the base you can stop jerking off at this point instead of waiting for it to travel higher up the shaft.

After a few months of doing this those stoppages will become dry orgasms. (Ejaculating without cumming) This is a very spiritual experience.

I have been doing this all along, I always got to a point during edging” where the climax point felt too damn good and I had to let it blow.let me tell you, my eyes rolled back and I thought I was a great white! You blow huge loads, since the pressure builds up

Guys I’d like to say however that if you have any red spots on your glans my advice is not too edge right after a session as you may “raise” them like me and several others have experienced. They are not permanent and fade when you stop PE for a few days but they are a nuisance.

I have a little curiosity, I guess one of you guys can answer me this question:

So here it goes: I reach my PONR after a while during an edge session (not focusing any more on self control) and I perform a strong and long kegel squeeze. It seems that my fluids don’t squirt out, I sense a partial leek. I suppose the BC muscle is applying pressure and blocking the urethral exit, preventing the fluids to leave the shaft.. Am I right? (I’m not having a problem, just experimenting)

Another question.. A reverse kegel and “relaxing the kegel” are one and the same thing? (Putting the puzzle pieces together)

Yes, the strong kegel is closing the urethra, but you’ve already “primed the ampule” with semen, since as you say you’re not focusing on self control. So some semen that’s already in the urethra can be squeezed out from the “pumping” action of the kegels. If you continue in this direction, and edge while doing strong kegels, but stop stop manual stimulation right at the PONR, you can have extended ejaculations that dribble out slowly over the course of several minutes and have a stacked orgasm. It’s kind of like a long partial orgasm that finally builds to a crescendo. Conversely, if you apply this technique but direct the force of the kegels inward (pulling) and activate the anus and tail bone, you can get the same effect but without the ejaculate.

Your second question: relaxing the kegel is just that: relaxing. A reverse kegel is pushing past the point of relaxation so you’re opening up the urethra. Next time you urinate, push out as hard as you can to make the urine stream stronger, or try to push out the last drop. That’s a reverse kegel.

I agree, good post, KP. :up: But I do need to correct the above statement. A dry orgasm is the opposite of what you describe: it’s an orgasm without ejaculating. And in order to do it correctly, you don’t want to have the urethra loaded with semen, or you’ll either have a retrograde ejaculation (where the semen goes into the bladder) or the semen will be flushed out of the urethra when you urinate. In either case that is not a true dry orgasm.

Wasn’t edging while performing the kegel.. Just kegel-ed strongly right after I passed the PONR. Thanks for the info!

I performed reverse kegeling while I was urinating, but I haven’t tried it (consciously) during an edge session.. Used to focus on autosuggestion and “stop technique” :) Experience makes better.. There are no lepercauns here but this site is a pot of gold! Nice thread KP.

Thanks, you described this better than I could possibly describe it! I could not come up with a simplified definition so I winged it. I think some think the loading of semen may feel like a dry one but it is a different spirit altogether.

Hey guys, I’ve been doing this for sometime now. But, is there anyway specific way to work on bringing back that erection after the “point of no return”? Has anyone had any success of getting back that erection? Do you think constant edging and training will do it? Or is there some other special technique?
