I can’t keep it completely flaccid when doing stretching. I always get erections. Btw.. I just started PE 2 days ago. Any advice? Ty.

Well it is best for you to stretch flaccid for gains but mostly to avoid any injuries. Right now you have erections because your penis automatically associates that when you grab it, you would masturbate therefore it erects.

But don’t worry it is normal and in a week or two you should be able to control it.

This is my situation as well. It just erected all the time!

You need to relax first, and get your cock warmed up (literally in heat). Grab your cock gently yet with a sufficient grip and begin to do your stretches. I can’t imagine being partially erect as hindering your efforts but being 100% erect could pose stretching problems. If you become erect, just pause your stretching until your erection subsides. One way to kill erections is to have a picture of something extremely unpleasant on your desktop (like a fat old lady), or be around a perpetual bad odor. lol.

I have actually stretched while being 100% erect but it was ONLY in the direction of my erection as I have found that to be effective in maxing out my length “bust” but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it.

One of the largest threads on T’s Place is the ‘Masturbation/Gains thread’. Most of us who know of what we speak do not think it makes a whole hell of a lot of difference, but some guys swear that it does.

Whatever your take on it, stretching with more than a 10% erection (as spaghettidick says, that can help a little with grip), is dangerous and jerking off first is greatly preferable to damaging your dick.

Just try it again until your penis (and brain) gets used to stretching. Then you won’t directly get an erection. Also it’s very uncomfortable to stretch with an erection and I think gains are the same or even better non-erected, because stretch with a bigger force
