How to stay flaccid

I’ve tried to search the forums for an answer, but I’ve not found anything. That is why it may be weird. About half way through the ten minutes, I begin to get an erection, which isn’t good for stretching. Is there any advice on how to stay flaccid when doing the newbie routine stretches? Does anyone else run into this problem?

Stop a do a bunch of kegels. Concentrate on doing them and your erection will more than likely disappear. It gets easier with time.

Thanks, ThunderSS. I’ll give that a good try tomorrow morning when I’m doing my newbie routine. From reading the forums, stretching when erect is dangerous so I really appreciate your help.

Distraction. Do anything to get your mind off it and your erection level will lower. Watch the game on TV, talk to a friend on the phone or read some posts here at thunders, it doesn’t really matter what as long as it lowers your erection level.

One of the things you can do when you ain’t a newbie anymore is add advanced stretches and do them before your regular stretches and jelqing. It will lower your erection level too. This worked wonderful for me.

I read somewhere on this site that squeezing the head of the penis will have a tendency to deflate it. It works for me.

Thanks, Bird2 and Rhadames for your suggestions. I’m half way through the newbie time period and will certainly entertain the advanced stretches a bit later. The kegels did help this morning and I’ll keep the idea of squeezing the head of my penis. You guys are really helpful. Thanks a lot!
