Stretching Issue. Can't stretch up.
Okay so I’ve been having stretching problems for a while now. I finally have found toilet paper works the best for me and have been using it.
My stretching I’ve been doing and think is the best for me right now is straight out, left, right, up, and down. I’ve managed to consistantly get great straight out stretches, right stretches, left stretches, and always a great down stretch. After I do these stretches I immediately feel my base of my dick recovering from the good stretch and I know I’ve done a thorough job. For these stretches I use the palms down pinky out OK grip. This is basically why I have no problem stretching, this grip works for me as of now.
My problem is my stretching up. I’ve been back into PE for about a month now and everytime I stretch, stretching up is still extremely difficult. I am forced to use the pinky towards the stomach/palm up grip for straight up because palm down grip is impossible for straight up stretching (if I want the stretch to be good). So basically my issue with this grip is this…
When I start stretching up I immediately feel my grip hurting my glans ridge. It just fucking hurts. I can feel my grip pinching and squeezing all the nerves there and I just KNOW it’s not good. The only way I’ve been doing my up stretch is by ignoring the pain and irritation for the first 20 seconds until my body ignores it and I adjust and just finish up my minute of stretch for that direction but I just know I’m slowly hurting my dick. Afterwords my head is creased (so bad I can notice it with a touch), my glans ridge is so sensitive it hurts, there’s a darkness from halfway up the head to the tip (because this is the last bit of glans I’m holding onto as I finish the stretch since my head slips through my grip). I’ve basically used every stretching aid ever and toilet paper is the only one that can consistantly allow me stretch every direction EXCEPT up. My head just slips through my fingers, plain and simple. I grip under the ridge of my glans and pull up but if I want to apply any decent amount of force the ridge will bend up and suddenly i’ll be squeezing my folded glans ridge against the rest of my glans and I’m just pinching nerves. I’ll try moving my hand around, rearranging my grip, but no matter what as I pull up it just feels like needles at the ridge of my glans. It honestly sucks. And the worse part is that I’m so frustrated as I do it. I’m so committed to PE at this exact moment in time in my life and when I’m trying to make every second of stretching and every single jelq count to its fullest it’s very annoying to be pulling my dick up and realizing I’m not even feeling a stretch sensation because I can’t pull up hard enough to get that feeling (without my glans slipping through or it being to painful to grip there).
Can anyone please help me?
