Okay so I’ve been having stretching problems for a while now. I finally have found toilet paper works the best for me and have been using it.

My stretching I’ve been doing and think is the best for me right now is straight out, left, right, up, and down. I’ve managed to consistantly get great straight out stretches, right stretches, left stretches, and always a great down stretch. After I do these stretches I immediately feel my base of my dick recovering from the good stretch and I know I’ve done a thorough job. For these stretches I use the palms down pinky out OK grip. This is basically why I have no problem stretching, this grip works for me as of now.

My problem is my stretching up. I’ve been back into PE for about a month now and everytime I stretch, stretching up is still extremely difficult. I am forced to use the pinky towards the stomach/palm up grip for straight up because palm down grip is impossible for straight up stretching (if I want the stretch to be good). So basically my issue with this grip is this…

When I start stretching up I immediately feel my grip hurting my glans ridge. It just fucking hurts. I can feel my grip pinching and squeezing all the nerves there and I just KNOW it’s not good. The only way I’ve been doing my up stretch is by ignoring the pain and irritation for the first 20 seconds until my body ignores it and I adjust and just finish up my minute of stretch for that direction but I just know I’m slowly hurting my dick. Afterwords my head is creased (so bad I can notice it with a touch), my glans ridge is so sensitive it hurts, there’s a darkness from halfway up the head to the tip (because this is the last bit of glans I’m holding onto as I finish the stretch since my head slips through my grip). I’ve basically used every stretching aid ever and toilet paper is the only one that can consistantly allow me stretch every direction EXCEPT up. My head just slips through my fingers, plain and simple. I grip under the ridge of my glans and pull up but if I want to apply any decent amount of force the ridge will bend up and suddenly i’ll be squeezing my folded glans ridge against the rest of my glans and I’m just pinching nerves. I’ll try moving my hand around, rearranging my grip, but no matter what as I pull up it just feels like needles at the ridge of my glans. It honestly sucks. And the worse part is that I’m so frustrated as I do it. I’m so committed to PE at this exact moment in time in my life and when I’m trying to make every second of stretching and every single jelq count to its fullest it’s very annoying to be pulling my dick up and realizing I’m not even feeling a stretch sensation because I can’t pull up hard enough to get that feeling (without my glans slipping through or it being to painful to grip there).

Can anyone please help me?

I’ve had the same problems as you and have recently found a very nice solution:

Before grabbing the glans, turn it a quarter turn to the right. Then with left hand(or reverse for right,) grab with basic OK grip and tug straight up your belly(think drinking a can of coke for wrist/hand position.) This is now my favorite stretch and get the greatest “tingle” all over. You’ll wanna start slow as tug back kicks in quick, but once past it feels great!

Get VacExtender or home-madevac device, it really solves all stretching problem.

Johnny9, Ok. When you say turn it a quarter turn to the right do you mean (facing the dick) turn it counter clock wise? I’m a righty though and want to stretch with my right hand so should I do it the opposite way and then grip it?

Meiya777, I would but I’m kinda unable to order penis enlarging devices to my place of residence. Also, I’m trying to keep it manual for now. The home-made vac decide seems interesting though I’ll look into it.

I find that I cannot grip immediately below the glans for the same reason. Try gripping maybe one half inch away from the glans, with the palm down. Squeeze the shaft pretty hard before the stretch or it will slip and irritate the glans. Also, make sure you pull back the excess skin towards the base before you place your grip.


Start: (6-27-03/at age 45) 3.75" BPEL, 4.75 EG". Current: 6" BPEL, 5.5" EG ... Update (2/2010): My current love doesn't want me any bigger... can you believe it? So, I've decided to take a break from PE. But I'm still happy to inspire people and respond if you contact me.

try grabbing your dick palm down and thumb under shaft, facing in. Hold dick straight out, hand level - and now raise hand upwards, and in towards your body. Now suddenly your dick takes on the appearance of an old crankhandle from a T-ford, but the inner part of the shaft is upwards and your grip is still strong. You want your thumb halfway down the shaft or so, so that you get two or three fingers or more on the shaft/glans.

This grip works downwards too - I figured it out in my early PE career, from having trouble with placing too much pressure on the glans.

I’m still sort of confused by your explanation. So I’m doing the palms down grip but my thumb is underneth my penis and not right before the glans but some ways down the shaft towards my stomach so that I have 2 or 3 fingers on the head? Or wait, should my 2 or 3 fingers (let’s say 2 for clarification) my middle finger should it be right before the glans? I just tried this for a second (without a gripping aid) but it didn’t seem to allow me to apply that much force, but I’ll give both this, and johnny6’s advice a try.

Grab your shaft, palm down and thumb underneath and facing your belly - at least halfway down your shaft, depending on your flaccid length. Just get enough fingers there to get a nice grip of your shaft and pull upwards. The awkward part is that your fingers are kind of weak and want to open - you’ll get a lot stronger pull downwards.

By the way, you can also do it the other way around.

Place your hand palm up and thumb and out from body - just keep it level when you pull up. Most of the stress will be on the bend where your dick bends over the butt of your palm, so the stress is partially over a greater area, partially compressed over an edge and this in total allows you to squash your glans with your thumb just a little less than before.
