I’m doing PE every day and so far for 1 month I didn’t want to stop once and is it bad or good ?I’m scared to damage my penis ,so far there is no problem with my cock it’s perfectly fine but I see all those other people saying you need to rest so I ask you guys is it okay or very wrong ?

You need to rest, at least one day out of 3. You will gain better with rest days. This is fact.

Rest is required for healing and healing is required for gains. I’m also the same as you. I hate rest days, but I have learned over the years that if you don’t rest properly, and keep “riding the fatigue” as they say, you will eventually pick up a long term injuries. Then you would be out of it for month instead of days.

Didn’t you just recently say you need help staying motivated? Which is it?

You need rest or eventually something will give, EQ, injury or your brain. Rest is not just for penis but also your mind, I know I get caught up in doing lots of PE and if it’s not my EQ (I’ve been very fortunate no injuries) it’s my mind. I get OCD about it and sometimes priorities go down the list. So REST!

The best thing I do for PE is rest. I every other day. And a 2 week vacation every 6 weeks.
