Better Erection advice for all

I have tried everything to get better erections. Pills, varying days I go without cumming before sex, workout rest varying, pumping, creams, drinks, liquor, everything all with varying degrees of success.

The best new thing I found was doing that girly inner thigh weight lifting machine the girls do. Where your legs start off spread out then you bring them together with weight. I started doing them three weeks ago and ever since I have been getting the best erections, all the time. Even when your doing them after a few sets you will become engorged.

It was done in a study I read to work better than Viagra, because of the blood flow to the region and the development of new blood networks.

I don’t have the equipment but I really want to try this. I’m going to try to think up a way to do the exercise without it and I’ll post feedback soon.


Started:| 14 cm (unsure if BP or NBP) EG (mid-shaft) - 10.75 cm |

Current:| NBPEL - 17 cm; EG (circum scar) - 10.75 cm; (base) 14 cm |

Short-t Objective:| NBPEL - 18.5 cm EG (circum scar) - 11.5 cm |

Me too… i dont know what it looks like. Can you confirm if is the same exercise that marinera posted here?

This is an interesting idea, I read here on the forum from someone that doing pelvic stretches is very beneficial to EQ. It seems exercises that stretch the muscles in this area may be really helpful for PE. Anyone know of specific exercises that would target this area without having to use one of these machines?

Like doing the splits? Seems like that would be what to stretch after this workout. If that is what you are talking about.

Check out the video that marinera posted, where the man is demonstrating the workout device. It is like going through the same motions of that exercise while sitting in a chair for example, except it relies more on the stretch as there isn’t really any device you are trying to push weight with when you close your legs back together.

I have been doing this for a few minutes now, like stretching my legs apart while sitting in a chair with my feet on the floor, holding for a few seconds, and then bringing my legs back together for a few seconds. I can definitely feel a good stretch, and my erections feel stronger somewhat. I am definitely going to add this move to my workout.
