Stronger erection advice

Hey Everybody

I feel like I have more length and size than I’ve been showing. And it actually seems like I am just not getting fully hard. I know most people say do jelqs for a stronger erection, but all that did in the past for me was make my wang feel harder, and make it shorter.

Any advice for workouts or anything to get the full-blown erection?

(I can get hard, very hard.. I just feel like, or can almost tell I’m not totally as hard as I have the potential to be)

Do kegels help the erection strength, and if so, is this the only exercise to increase erection strength?

Jelqing has helped me strengthen erections, kegels have helped, BTB jelqing has helped, what else… umm… wrapping (clamping) has helped stregthen my erections as well. I’ve learned through lots of expiermenting and observation of my own results and others from various PE excersizes that certain combos of excersizes work well with each other depending on your mindset and physical dick condition. You never want to overtrain your dick when doing any PE. Also I suggest maybe trying to get into hanging. It may take a few weeks or a few months but once you start hanging properly with a nice hanger and at the right angles you will for sure lengthen and stretghtne your erections combiend with some jelqing and a few kegels. Have you tried manual clamping while kegeling, this pumps my dick up to beyond it’s normal size and hardness but the effects only last for a few minutes I haven’t figured out how to maintain this state maybe it’s not possible at all; just a thought. This can be pretty dangerous while at full erection so watch out and be very careful not to injure yourself.

You made it difficult to answer your question because you said in addition, “I can get hard, very hard.. I just feel like, or can almost tell I’m not totally as hard as I have the potential to be.” That implies that you don’t have a problem getting hard erections at all and maybe that you just want them bigger? The bigger part will come along if you stick to your PE routine.

Jelqing worked fine for me for a time - I even gained an inch and a half in the space of six months. But then I noticed that my erections became weaker after jelqing and I dropped it. I’m now off PE for two months. Erections are back to normal but strangely enough I keep growing, albeit at a slower rate.

I have been sticking to my PE routines for a year and a half now, and I have gained, I was just saying that I feel like I can get harder than I am. Trying to figure ways to make this possible. I guess I meant that I’m not impotent, I just don’t think I am fully hard

Maybe it is psychological, even when someone says it’s rock hard, it never really as hard as a rock, far from it.

You can be having pretty hard erections and still think they can be much harder. Do clamping with your hand, it never gets harder than that.

I have the same sort of question. I can get really hard if I’m extremely horny or something, but say it’s just a regular erection, or I’m masturbating or something, I wouldn’t say that I’m super hard. The thing that bothers me the most is that when I’m not super hard, the bottom part of my penis doesn’t stick out as much. I’m not sure what this part is called, I think it’s just the tube that the sperm comes out of. I would love it if all my erections were super hard and the bottom part in particular would come out more. If nobody knows what I’m talking about I can post a picture.

Any advice would be welcome.

When I’m by myself, I never get the same erection quality.

I remember reading somewhere that to increase the quality of your erections you should try to have more erections. Don’t know exactly how that can help but maybe it helps blood flow more or something. I have tried the towel lift exercise and that works pretty damn well. I got boners that could kill mimes but I haven’t done it recently with college and all.

What is the towel lift excercise exactly? You put a towel on your wang and do a kegel to lift the towel or something?

Yeah hang a towel on the penis and lift it.

I did 5 sets of 10 reps on my off days and my erections were harder and more frequent.
As it gets easier increase the weight so your PC/BC will get stronger.

Those had me waking up in pain for a while because sleeping on my stomach pushed my morning wood into the bed.
