I watched the video, I love watching the women at the gym use this machine. :)

I just figured that any type of workout that is good for the heart would also be good for the penis. I would still like to read the study a little bit to have some more information on this.

You can stretch those muscles by doing good old butterflies…remember gym class.

I can only vaguely recall this exercise from gym class, what was it exactly?

Sit on the floor and bend your knees so the bottoms of your feet are touching each other directly in front of you. Use your elbows to press down on your thighs (knees). Some flexible people could actually touch their knees to the floor, but it’s stretching either way.

Anything you can do with a machine can be done without a machine but more slowly, just by clenching the same muscles, and your pretend machine is totally free and portable. I’m going to give it a try.

I biked to school for 30 minutes everyday from age 10-13, I think it helps
