After almost two years away from this forum, I am back!
I am about to start the The Newbie Routine, and I’d like to ask about the manual stretch. In the routine it is suggested “ten 30-second stretches”. If I want to stretch pulling the penis both sides, up and down… does it mean I have to do it 10 times each side, right?!

Tailor tape or ruler?

Size differs and confuses. Do you guys have same experience?

Also flacid got prolly three states of my flacid which one is the one most reliable to measure?

Erect length/girth I do at normal not hard state buy with above I noticed to have problems.

I would say ruler for length tape for girth. Or you can use string and a ruler to measure girth. Just be consistent in measuring. The whole point of measuring it’s to track your progress so I wouldn’t worry to much about it. Gains won’t go unnoticed; I haven’t measured yet but I can tell it’s working.

My size varies quite a bit as well.

Use ruler for length even :o Then I have about 1.5 cm less erect size.

I thought ruler would give better measurement. Just because I can press bone harder.

Today day off Ill measure tomorrow before and after PE.

What is the best most effective way for kegel stretching?

You shouldn’t stretch when doing Kegel’s actually.

About premature ejaculation, you could do a search and if nothing relevant comes up start a new thread with that question. It will be moved to the proper section.

Stretching questions

I have a few issues I keep getting an erection when I try and when I get it calmed down.. Its doesn’t stretch out much.. I pull it at every angle keeping my mind distracted helps like watching tv. But I need some support on breaking down those inner fibers my dick is like a fiber optic cable .. I use to feel pops in the ligaments but not any more.. How to I break this plateau ?? I do the Mandingo and the wind mill and the all over stretch.. I pull it down and up and side to side.. What else can I do?

Heat and relax. Relax slowly into the stretch. Listen to the sound of my voice, and just relax. Relax…

Thanks man.. But is there a way to really stretch it out.. I guess I am not getting my penis hot enough.. I wrap it in warm to hot water?? I don’t know..
