I never apply heat. I did some at the beginning but I am now too lazy for that. Instead I jump right into hanging. I have been steadily going to the gym and gaining muscle all around and my stamina isnt that bad either. I will definitely give it more time but I don’t think I can be one of those “an inch a month” growers. I am not familiar with clamping but I thought that was for girth gains. I am looking for length at the moment.

Just making your ramburglar bigger will make it longer. Not very much but every 1/16th of an inch counts, right? And personally using aladdin’s bottle have made my erections ever so slightly (but noticeably) bigger.

What is aladdins bottle?

Sounds awesome, I might try it. Cenvil if you are shooting for length, try add some bends, and manual fulcrum stretches perhaps. I did read a thread once about dynamic pumping, maybe dynamic hanging could work, thats what I’m going to look into when I start with hanging. Try slowly taking up the weight and slowly putting it back on during the whole 20 minutes, pumpers found that dynamically changing pressure they could increase length in the tube, I’m thinking the same thing can happen with hanging.

In all years that I have been here, I have never seen this thread with this warmup method. Thanks for posting this I may try this during my next routine. Sounds very interesting.

Yeah I think it works great. If you have a plastic bottle that is kind of hard for you to get into, you can also poke a small hole in the top of it near the opening were the cap screws on to allow air to escape while you’re putting your dick in there. I just throw water on the stove in a pot until it boils, fill the plastic bottle about 4 inches in the bottom and use a cup of cold water to lower the temperature to where I can stand it. Word of warning if you can get it to the point where the steam is barely tolerable, and you move around and you get some of that water on your pecker, it will burn like hell.

That is a great way for warming up but is that really the only problem here? I mean if I start with warming up will I see results? I understand the need for a warm up but for some reason I find it hard to believe that this will do the magic.

The warm up is essential and so is the cooldown. It’s the same with working out any part of your body.

Warming up is now my favorite part with Aladdin’s bottle. Gets it hot hot. Really relaxing. Made a difference in my stretching.

What does everyone do for a cool down?

Have any of you ever told you partner/significant other about PE?

I still consider myself a newbie, I like my routine, but should I invest in an ADS (home made?), when can I graduate to pumping?
