Hey, I only stumbled upon this forum a few days ago and I’m pleasantly surprised.

I don’t exactly have a small dick(6.5 BPEL and 5.7 EG) but I recently started some weight lifting and I want my penis to grow with my body.
I really like this place because it doesn’t try to sell you anything.

I have a few questions:

How do you guys keep your erection under control? Up until now I jelqed in the shower and turned the water temperature down when I got too erect but I think always jelqing with running water can be a bit costly.

Is 300 jelqs a day enough to make some modest progress?

How much should I stretch when jelqing that amount? I know that you should stretch for 30-60 seconds but how many repetitions?

I think it is all written down in the newbie routine. Anyway you can start with 100 jelqs and 5 minutes stretch and add a bit of work week by week until you are doing 20-30 minutes per day of jelqing and 15 minutes stretching, in the space of 3 months. If you start seeing gains don’t overdo, just keep doing what you are doing.

I know some men may suffer from low testosterone , which may in turn give them ED, so here is my question . Testosterone doesn’t make , MAKE, you grow, because if that was the case every 25yr old would have a 8 inch-er, but if you suffer with very low levels of testosterone as a 40yr old can you grow or would it be more difficult?

Is it a hoax

Is all the stuff on here true or is it just made to make guys feel better about the size of there penis

The ruler doesn’t lie I have gained half an inch in one month. I challenge you to try a routine for one month and see for yourself.

It is not a joke.. But seriously you won’t believe it till you try. No one can convince you until you try and work consistently. Do the newbie on Toms one things challenge. I started with 1 on 1 off and took an extra day off on the weekends. So 3 days a week, 20-30 min per day for 2-3 months to see for yourself.

I started Jan 1 and have had great success and gains keep coming.

That my friend all depends on you. You could do this for years and only gain half an inch or do this for 6 months and gain 2 inches.

Most ED cases are mental. My dad suffered from ED till my mom decided she wanted to try different things. They’ve been together for 38 years, so it was time for something different. I think it’s great for them and it shows that when I’m my dads age I’ll possibly still have a high sex drive. Both of my parents are horny. One thing I do know is that they’ve been faithful to each other for that long. Just shows once you find someone you love you’ll find them sexually attractive forever. :D

I’m not familiar with all the terms yet. But I think BPEL means bone pressed length or something. My question is why do you measure pushing the ruler all the way to the pubic bone? It seems like nonsense, I could measure my unit from the bottom of my testicles to the tip and I could get like 10 inches, but what good is that number when you have to force the measurement. And you have to pound your partner to even use your “BPEL”. Please explain the madness behind measuring all the way to the bone.

BPEL - Bone Pressed Erection Length

Simple dear Watson. The purpose of measuring Bone Pressed Erection Length is to have consistency in measurement. Life changes. People get fatter and skinnier. The whole purpose of this website is to track progress in lengthening the penis (girth is a whole different beast because there is no variance in the way of girth) to prove to yourself and to the people who don’t believe this works that yes, this does in fact work. Nobody gives a shit if you gained 1” non bone pressed erection length and this is why:

Scenario: 300 lb male with 35% body fat measures his penis at non bone pressed erection length. It measures in at 5.5 inches. Simultaneously he starts penis enlargement exercises and starts dieting. After 6 months he has lost 100 lbs and measures his penis at 6.75”; Is it because he started penis enlargement exercises or because of the reduction in weight which reduced his fat pad by 1.25”? If you are here long enough you, like me, will come to realize that this place is all about weeding out the bullshit. The people have been doing this for years! They have it down to a fine science. For not a minute will one of the experienced members or moderators hesitate calling a bluff. In the wacky world of penis enlargement, there is a huge difference in a gain of 1” and a gain of 1.001”. Going fully bone pressed is the only way to be the most consistent as possible.

Great post, buulet. We aren’t trying to measure length, we are trying to measure gains. Surely the difference is 0.001” which is basically unmeasurable ;)

Welcome to the forum. Beyond what’s been said, I think you probably are using closer to BPEL than NBPEL unless you are having terribly gentle sex.
