The idea of edging is staying close to orgasm, but that is for pleasure purposes. Stretch fully flaccid, always.

Jelq with lower erection level to put focus on lentgh.
Jelq with higher erection level to put focus on girth.

Never jelq with 100% erection level.

Hello guys, I’ve been jelqing for a while now, and a had a real reduction on my sensitivity. Specially on the gland. I do the newbie routine, and one thing that is bothering me is that I don’t quite feel like I’m doing it right. It’s like if my unit is more rigid now, and there is more difficulty to the blood to go through it. Can you guys give me some tips on how to perform it better, and how to improve the sensibility?

I am working to enter my stats and am still in a quandary as to MSEG. What is the measurement and where and when do you take it?

I seem to have BPEL down. Have taken bone pressed measurements after two days off 4 times to find a good average.

The flacid measurements are a bit dicey but I think I have a handle on them.

Are basic manual stretches only for length or are they also a warmup for jelqing? I’m 7 weeks into the newbie routine, doing manual stretches before jelqing, but girth is my only goal ; I don’t need more length. Should I quit stretching ?

Yes, stretching is for length only but you might be lucky I guess and get some girth gains as well.

And no, they’re not a warm up for jelqing, warming up you do with a hot towel, a IR lamp or something else that’s heated and can be directed in/ at your your penis as is recommended especially before jelqing.

If it’s girth only you’re after jelqing at a 70- 90% erection level can help you in gaining that. The more erect you are the more careful you must be and jelqing at a 100% erection level isn’t necessarily the best, or recommended, as you wont be able to force as much blood in/ through your penis.

Also there’s other, more advanced methods like squeezes, pumping and clamping. Just do a simple search and you’ll find the instructions on how to perform the different exercises.

But I would recommend at least doing just a little bit of stretching as well as I think it can aid in you gaining girth. It’s just my thought and opinion though as I’ve gained some girth while targeting length only.
