Not really. It is not recommended to ejaculate before or after session, at least a couple of hours. It would be the best thing to separate orgasm and PE to a different day, however never miss a chance to have sex cause of PE.

Although it is not proven that ejaculation hinder gains, it is highly recommended to minimize ejaculation in the beginning.

Hello need suggestion basically I’m a cube 5.2 erect lengthy and 5.3 erect girth, I have gained 0.3 in length and 0.3 in girth from claiming past 3 months, but my length stalled after first month, need suggestion what to do go for length or girth? If for length what exercises would you do?

I would focus on stretching with a good warm warmup, then do some jelqing with fairly low erection level. Maybe at like 50%.

I have a question, when people are talking about morning erections, does that mean a full rock hard erection? Because i remember that used to happen to me back when i was like 12, but now it barely happens. I wake up and my dick is a little bit fuller - but never the hard erection like i had back in the day. Is thihs normal or could it maybe be a sign of low T? - i am still young,

I can’t remember having wood niether… all until I started with newbie routine and to be more precise I believe in my case jelqing helped me to have morning wood again. I recently started with jelqings again and I can already see improvement with morning wood. It feels good to have it…

My morning wood is rock hard, lifts the sheets strait up. I like to lay in bed and Kegel because that causes that sucker to swell pleasurably. It feels like a mind-kegel-erection- meditation.

That being said you might be sleep ing through yours.

Hello All, I had a quick question. I’ve been pumping for about 6 weeks now and I had something interesting happen last time. I always use a rice sock for heat and I’ve been pumping at 5hg lately with great results (zero edema) I do 2-3 15min sessions starting at 3hg first 5min of first set then up to 5 for the rest of the exercise.

I jelq between sessions then re-heat and go back into the tube. Well on my second time in the tube the sock was warmer than usual right on the edge of comfort usually I’d pull it off then do the on/off thing till it cooled to where I’m comfortable but this time I just left it on and after about 30sec right as I was going to pull it off the slight stinging went away. After a few min I could literally feel the blood flow when doing kegels in the tube and 5hg felt like there was no suction so I pumped just over 7 and it felt like 5 used to. So I went up and down from 7 and 4/5 and wow I was now at 7 1/2” in the tube at 5hg (a full 1/4” over normal)

By this time my 15min were up so slipped it off jelqed and re-heated and back into the tube I went. Pumped to 5 and after 2min I started the up and down this time going up to 8hg for 5-10 sec drop to 7 for 30 sec and down to 5 for a min doing kegels. After about 10min I was stretching to a hair over 7 3/4 at 8hg and over 7 1/2 at 5hg so for the last 3min I went ahead and held at 7hg and it was comfortable surprisingly and I was right at 7 3/4” I could see a little edema forming under the glans around the last 30sec so bumped it down to 5. I ended up getting a 1/4” little bubble of edema but no donut or anything.

Now the interesting part is my flaccid girth has been very firm for a day and a half and my erection feels hard as a rock now and girth is noticeably more than where I started. So my question is did I possibly cement some gains? Or did the extra heat allow me to expand allot more than normal? I have a 2.25” tube and I was packed 2/3’s of the way top and sides. I’m going to order a 2” here pretty soon as I think the 2.25 may be a hair to big (or are you not supposed to pack it 360’s)

Its my 2nd week I don’t think so I have yet achieved gains ( I know its bit too early anyways lol) but my dick feels heavier than before when its on the process of erection . And also is total of 15 mins jelq time ok for newbie on 2nd week? I do ok grip palms up for 10 mins and, 5 mins 1 hand overhand jelq and, throw a minute of v jelq for the sides. And I’m planning to add 5 mins jelq every week for the gradual process till I reach the newbie 30 mins mark over 6 weeks .I would appreciate any advice and help , thank you.

I would stick with 10 minutes for at least 3 weeks. Rushing won’t make you gain faster and can slow it down or stop it. Add 5 minutes of jelq only when you feel that your current work out is no longer making you feel “worked” at the end.

10 minutes of jelq may be fine for you for a while. Use your judgement not just the schedule.

I’m uncut and I’m starting to wear an extender, just trying different styles of wrapping and strapping.
