OK, so I am really pissed off and have had the worst day and all I want to do is my PE. I can’t do it because of the people occupying the bathroom and house so I need a night routine and something to warm up with. Give me ideas.

The night routine could be… the same as your day routine? I don’t see why it should be different. For warm up you could use the rice sock.

Sorry I can rephrase, I typed in a rush. I am looking for some things too heat and I just felt like venting. I find it hard to stick to a strict routine when there is little time and many interruptions. I don’t know whether any of you have these same troubles, But some advice would be surely appreciated.

Everyone’s entitled to their opinions and I think mgus has a point. You start a lot of threads about mundane things that happen to everyone and, I assume, expect us to come up with solutions. Perhaps you should consider taking better control of your life and help yourself now and then.

Regarding the current crisis: PE can be done in the privacy of your bed. Warm up with a rice sock, as suggested, or skip the warm up when not convenient.

If you cant go down the rice sock route (microwaves going at night time makes noise), you could also look into a infrared lamp, that way you don’t need to leave your bedroom.

A heating pad next to your bed will work for warm up also. No one will think a thing about it, as we all have muscle pulls and such from time to time.

Really sorry again guys, I was being very immature yesterday. At times I get so frustrated and I feel like talking about it here, just makes it easier. I’m really sorry mgus, and other thunders guys. I will go back to using this forum properly.

It’s not ideal to skip your ‘proper’ warmup (and no one is keener on a good warmup than me), but if you start your routine with a few minutes of gentle, low erection jelqing, it will act as an emergency warmup and prepare the tissues for easier stretching or harder jelqing.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Either take a warm shower before you do your thing (which is what I do) or use Luka’s warm up bottle thing. All you need is a bit of work to make it and warm water (which you can use from your boiler).

I have a similar problem as you as of late. I solved my problem by just doing my workout later in the evening. Sure I go to bed a bit later now, but it’s nothing that will kill me.

Another decent warmup thing is those hand-heater bags you get in sports stores - since it’s never cold down there, maybe you need to look at medical health supplies, for arthritis and such. Basically a salt-crystal solution in a plastic bag, boil it and the crystals go liquid and heat is stored chemically. When you want to use it - a week or month later - you snap a little metal button inside the bag and it gradually goes crystalline while releasing heat. They’re faily cheap, so buy two, boil them and put them in your wardrobe until needed.
