I am mostly a stretching guy at this point in my PE career. I have tried to look up as much info here and there to try and be as effective as possible.
Currently I am using a DIY extender (the “Darknight”) an average of 2 hours each day, and manual stretching any chance I get throughout the day, probably a total of 30 min.
Something I have been trying to do, that seems to make sense to me (yet I haven’t been able to find anyone else mention it) is after a long stretching session, I immediately engage in a light jelqing session until I get a full erection.
My theory is that I’m flushing out the system, and getting a fresh supply of blood to the area where any “damage” might have occurred, and to be honest, after being stretched in a flaccid state for a couple hours it feels very refreshing.
Has anyone got any reason or experience as to why I should or shouldn’t be doing this?
