Hi,

I’m a newbie to PE and I’d love some advice. I’m pretty overweight, and my equipment wasn’t big to begin with (even back when I was thin). My measurements last week (when I started PE) were 5.0” BPEL and 4.6” EG, but because I’m overweight (and my fat pad is … fat) my NBPEL is only 2.4”. (It’s to the point that, at least when I’m standing, when not erect it’s buried.)
I’m working on the fat pad part – I’ve lost more than 25 pounds already, working out and eating (a little) better. I’ve still got a ways to go.

Be that as it may, I have a (modest?) goal of reaching 5.75 or 6.0 BPEL…though if things go well, I’ll probably keep going and see what I can get. The problem is, I can’t really seem to get going. I bought an X4 Extender and I’m having a hard time getting it on and keeping it on. It’s not that it’s too big (it’s not) it’s just…I need like three or four hands! One to compress it (and push it into my pad), one to stretch out myself, and one or two to tie it all up. I managed to do it with both the silicon tube and the “comfort strap” but it took me at least ten minutes (each) to do it, and I had to be laying down. I was able to get up and walk around pretty normally, but only if I tightened the straps enough to where I was concerned I might be cutting circulation off too much. (I also tried the Velcro but couldn’t get it on right.)

Needless to say, I’m a little frustrated.

I also have an old pump – that’s cheap and not comfortable. However, I can use it just fine. I’m wondering if I should just stick with the pump for now, until I lose some more weight. Can anyone recommend a good (yet maybe not terribly expensive?) pump that I should look into?

Any advice or suggestions?

I would start with manuals. I feel my dick can handle being g in an extender much better now compared to years ago (I tried an extender)


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

First off, I think you goal might be easily reachable just by loosing weight. I also was overweight a few years ago, and after loosing 43 kg/94 pounds, my dick already looked bigger than when I weighed 142kg/ 273 pounds.

I would take Kave’s advice and start with manuals. Devices can be added later when you have lost a bit of weight and gained a little length to make attachment easier. I gained all my length and girth using manuals. (had a short stint with hanging but gained nothing from it as it was too short and I didn’t have the time to do it properly). So you can really gain properly with manuals.

Remember that PE stands for two things. Penis enlargement and physical exercise. They go hand in hand. Its about living a healthier life. For a healthy dick you need a healthy body as well.

I’ve been away from PE and trying to get back into it myself. What the others have said is right. When started out with PE I concentrated WAY too much on devices (and don’t get me wrong they are great), but you Don’t know the POWER of the DArk S—
Sorry, you don’t know the power of Manuals until you really do them correctly. I’m back but I’ve learned of few things:
1. Read the Book exercising the penis by Aaron Kemmer (TRUST me on this man, the knowledge you gain alone on the Circle of Gains is way worth it).
2. Like anything else, it’s about the Quality of your Manuals. Slow and steady wins the race (but with some intensity).
3. Keep a Journal of what works and what doesn’t. (wll save you ALOT of time in recovery and making Gains.

There’ so much ,ore like this Forum and the Book, but really get it because it has a great starter routine and I made gains just by paying attention.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

They nailed it.

It will take time to reach it, but you will realise that was worth it.

Thanks folks. I know the weight loss will make a huge difference in NBPEL, but it (alone) won’t help with the BPEL, as I’ve been the same length there since before I gained all this weight. But I’m still focusing on the weight loss as the most important issue for a number of reasons. Anyhow, I’ll definitely go with the manual exercises for now, and I’ll keep everyone posted. Thanks!

Where weight loss would make the biggest difference, is with your flaccid hang. That’s my experience. I use to never walk around naked. Now when I’m naked I catch my wife sneaking a peak. So it makes a real difference there. Believe me.
