Hello everyone! I’m new to PE in general , read the newbie workout but I would like some more extensive advice.
I am 20 years old, late bloomer(still haven’t fully grown facial hair)and my measurements are BPEL: 5.5” EG 6.1”..
My main focus is length at the moment, and I would be really pleased if someone more experienced could suggest a workout aiming at length increase !

Everyone is going to point you to the Newbie Routine!. It’s a tried a true way to get into the PE game as safely as possible. Don’t worry about any advanced exercises. The Newbie routine is specifically designed for, well, newbies. And a lot of guys have such good results that they keep doing the newbie routine even after they’re well conditioned and ready for more advanced exercises.

You could just go with manual stretching and skip the jelqing. I heard of some still gaining a little bit of girth doing that.

Pre PE: 5/8/04 BPEL 6.25" EG 5"

Goal: BPEL 7.5" EG 5.5"

Like clgp said, 6.1 is really thick and quite impressive.

A member here, bennet8, achieved amazing length results from consistent manual stretching. Make the focus of your routine the stretches rather than the jelqing and you’ll see great length gains.

There’s also hanging with members like Bib gaining 4+ inches in length. However hanging is an advanced exercise and would require you to do the newbie routine before hand. If you have the privacy to hang then it’s an excellent choice. Plus you’ll probably see some base girth gains as well.
