Hi all Newbie alert , advice appreciated
Hello everyone! I’m new to PE in general , read the newbie workout but I would like some more extensive advice.
I am 20 years old, late bloomer(still haven’t fully grown facial hair)and my measurements are BPEL: 5.5” EG 6.1”..
My main focus is length at the moment, and I would be really pleased if someone more experienced could suggest a workout aiming at length increase !
