Newbie wanting specific advice
Hey guys. Tryed to avoid posting this, but I had trouble finding anyone with my LOT and dimensions.
Just did my LOT test and was dissapointed to find l had a LOT time of 8.
Here are my dimensions.
17cm BPEL or 6.69 inches
14 cm ebg or 5.5 inches
13 cm girth behind circumcision line
I have some curvature to the left and want to try to correct this. It causes the head to sit slightly twisted.
Because I do not currently have a computer I am using my iPhone and can’t upload photos for some reason
I’m not a muscley guy, I’m 22, 5 foot 10 inches and I weigh 65 kgs
I stopped my newbie routine because I read about a guy who did a lot of girth work and subsequently found it hard to gain more length. I want to max out possible lig length from stretching and hanging before I start girth work. Even though I think my penis is small because I don’t have much girth in relation to length.
I am asking any of you experienced vets with some spare time if you could offer advice on what kind of routine I should follow. I’d love to be 9 by 7.5, but I will settle for 8 by 6.5.
I am a busy guy so I’d like to keep trainings as minimal, but effective as possible.
I’m looking into buying a bib hanger, but I don’t really want to now as I have found out my LOT is 7.45-8.
I also read different opinions regarding whether to have rest days or not. If I want to max out length should I avoid jelqing and just hang/stretch to keep turnica weak. I believe the less conditioned the easier to stretch? And should I use a traction device between hanging/stretching.
Any help is good help, I’m just keen to take the most effective route and not work against my self. Also does anyone know if it is bad to master ate at the end of a jelqing session. If so how long should you wait. And can you kegel any time of day or better with workout ?
AND should I avoid protein shakes when maxing out ligs? What kinds of foods that are not too dear will help with growth
