2 Days In It's Already Working

Just did first PE sessions the last 2 days using CodyK2’s routine
2 day on 1 day off
5mins - warm up (wet cloth)
5mins - stretching (same as before 30 seconds each angle)
5mins - heating up
5mins - stretching
5mins - heating up
5mins - wet jelqs
5mins - heating up
5mins - wet jelqs
5mins - heating up
Then I take 3-4 ice cubes and stretch my Dick out and let the ice cubes melt on my shaft.

Warmed up with rice sock and did dry jelqs and I just masturbated since its an off day and at my most erect I was 6.0 inches NBP.I’m normally 5 8/16 NBP.. Is this normal? I’m so excited right now

I’d say that’s a good sign, but you can’t have any measurable growth in 2 days, not even in 2 weeks.

You’re just having better EQ’s, wich is normal.

I haven’t been as big as I was on that night at all my penis has gone back down to normal size is that normal or am I doing something wrong now?

Also I have been wondering why do we have rest days?


This has become a lifestyle for me.

Nothing is wrong, when you first start out, your penis gets pumped, but that is just the start. It will go back down, but it is a sign of later growth, in otherwards, it reacted to the routine.

I concure with marinera growth is not going to happen over night or in 2 days, not even in 2 weeks. PEing takes a lot of work and time. Dedication and consistency is the key, but

your penis reacted to that routine, now that is a good thing. Keep up with that same routine and for now, do not change a thing.

You need to realize that you didn’t get to your present size in a day, a week, a month or even a year. Look at it as a journey. Don’t measure for at least a month and check it every month. Then you may notice some growth. I’d bet it was only EQ that made you think you had grown! Even after working a month you may see 1/4” of BPEL. Stop for a couple weeks and it may shrink 1/8”. You have to keep trying and not worry about it.

This is true and we will be there for you on your journey to your future size..

Make sure you are measuring your BPFSL also. Gains in BPFSL can be a precursor to gains in BPEL. It’s usually the only way I measure nowadays.

It’s only increased erection quality and/or inflammation. Just like when you work out any other muscle on the body, it gets harder and bigger right after working out.

I get hard when stretching when I sit down and do it but when I stand I stay flaccid is this ok?

Yes, just stand while you stretch until your unit becomes accustomed to you manipulating it.

I have a problem. I can’t stay hard when I’m jelqing. I have to watch porn when I do it too, I’ve wasted every single session in the past week due to not being hard enough when I jelq. I have to jack off for 1 minute then jelq for 1 minute then jack off again and repeat, except after going flaccid and jacking off again for about 5 mins each it get’s to the point where my penis is ready to blow it’s load but it’s not hard enough to jelq so I can’t possibly get myself any harder without cumming. Is there any help or anything to try and train this? It’s beggining to get super annoying knowing I’m wasting my sessions :( .

Try cutting down on masturbation maybe. Being horny is good for keeping erection level up. On my 5 on 2 off routine I’m only ejaculating on my rest days and I seem to be having no trouble keeping the erection on workout days 3, 4 and 5.

What worked for me was that I stopped watching porn. I have no problems now getting to the destined erection level.
