Huge Gains in 10 Days

OK I started 10 days ago and I told myself I wouldn’t measure until 2 or 4 weeks. But, I just KNEW my penis had experienced some significant growth. I could tell just by looking at it. I couldn’t wait any longer so I measured tonight and here are the results:

Starting Stats:
Monday Oct 29, 2007
FL 3.5”
FG 4 1/8”
EG 5 3/8”
BPEL 7 3/8”

Today:
Wednesday Nov 7, 2007
FL 4 1/8”
FG 4 1/8”
EG 5 3/8”
BPEL 7 3/4”

My flaccid length increased by 5/8” and my bone-pressed erect length increased by 3/8”!

I’ve been PE’ing pretty much two times a day with only one day off since I started. My routine has consisted of a mixture of straight manual stretches, wet jelqing for 20 mins per session with Horse 440’s mixed in every 5 mins or so, v-stretches, orange stretches, and using a rice-sock for warmup every time.

Basically I’m doing two sessions a day with one session in the morning and one at night. The morning session is only stretching and the night session wet jelqing. I did those every day. For variety, each day I would do one unique exercise during the night session. Tonight it was a fowfer, the night before orange stretches, the night before fulcrum stretching with the rick sock, etc.

Each session lasts 30 minutes and I’m done. I think the exercise that has made me feel the most pull on my ligaments was the v-stretch. I mixed these in with my regular stretches and only did a version with my fulcrum hand as close to my pelvis as possible, pushing straight down.

Now I’ve always been a flexible guy so I think this is just an immediate loosening of my ligaments, but I’ll take it.

Additional notes:
* I started working out 10 days ago
* I started dieting 10 days ago
* I quit smoking 10 days ago

Those three things may also be part of the equation (better circulation, increased test production, etc.)

BTW - I’m not sure how the PE Statistics database on this board calculates width, but it’s definitely off on mine. At last measure I was 2 inches wide at 5 3/8” around.

Congratulations on the gains but Great Job on quitting smoking and going on the diet.

Sometime in 2005: Bpel 5.7, eg 4.3: 7/15/07 bpel=6.1, eg 4.6

Now bpel 6.50, eg 5.30 bpfsl 6.50

Goal bpel 7.0 - 7.5, eg 5.5

Awesome progress for only ten days. You already have a good starting size and 8x6 is just over the horizon!

Yeah the one day of rest I took was after I’d done two sessions per day for five days straight. I could barely even get it up. So I gave it one day of rest and it came back strong enough for me to pick up again.

I’ve tried to add in variety every day to make sure it never adapts to the stresses that are being put on it every day.

That’s awesome. I was a quick gainer, too, but I think my progress is starting to level off after 2 months. My current size is essentially your starting size. When I started I told myself I’d be happy with 7 inches, but now I’m just going to keep going until I hit my limit (if there is such a thing) or my wife begs me to stop.

Also, I’m definitely no expert, but I think the whole newbie routine thing may be a little weak. I jumped in head first, like you, and started with a pretty tough routine. I can’t think of a reason to “condition” your penis for PE. If anything, it seems to me that that would cause it to toughen up and make gains harder.

Yes, that's a gain of 1.8 inches. And no... That's not my real picture.

Seems to me that the newbie routine is really designed to be idiot-proof so you don’t hurt yourself and you learn the foundational exercises that form the core of the regimen. However anyone who is in-tune with their body can ramp up quickly to other things. I’ve always been that way though—even in the gym. Just a quick learner and listen to my body very well. Except now when it’s still screaming for a cigarette. ;)

The Newbie Routine takes into account that most newbies will gain from almost any amount of work. It also takes into account the fact that guys get very enthusiastic and pull too hard, jelq too hard etc. to start with.

Plenty of guys try the NR and have to scale it back to start with, or they get red spots, lose morning wood, have brief episodes of ED etc.

Really it is up to the individual to listen to their penis. The problem with jumping straight in and doing too much, is that it actually causes the penis to condition very fast, then gains grind to a sudden halt. The best routine is the one that does just enough to encourage growth; the most gentle routine possible, as this keeps gains going for the longest period. If you condition to a high level, even after a deconditioning break, the penis conditions back up to a high level fast. In PE terms, more is certainly not better, unless you have all day to do a routine of hanging for a highly conditioned dick that doesn’t want to respond to anything gentler.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Well said Firegoat! I agree, you can do more if your grip is not so constricting, PE should be pleasurable not a job.

Not smoking has helped here as well as PE good work!

Firegoat nailed it in his reply. Starting off too fast if you have never done PE before is not ideal, even if your member can handle it. No question your gains are exceptional kwon47 but don’t get discouraged when you plateau. My first gains came on quick too and I was simply doing 100 Jelqs a night 5 days a week.
