Sexual Kung-Fu

I have not had a full body orgasm in a while, but reading this thread activated it. Wow! Don’t know much about this ancient sexual technique but what I do know is dynamite.

Does Bruce’s book teach these settled breathing exercises? If not where can I find them? Is there a site online where I can read how to do them?

Also…is there a book or website that teaches this “walk before you run” ki meditation?

Ok…I just re-read some of this thread. I’d forgotten much of what was in it. I see a bit here of what I’ve seen on other forums about Chia. Although I’ve seen worse written about him elsewhere.

I just don’t understand what he’s done that is so bad but in forum after forum after forum I see Qui Gong noobs being warned away from his material. To the point one guy (who claims he’s been doing Qui Gong for decades) said to bundle up any Chia books you have, throw them in a dumpster, then try your best to clear your mind of anything you learned from them because they will only lead you down one path - the wrong one.

*shrug*

So he tells you to use the energy without grounding it? Is that *It*? Is that Chia’s Great Crime that offends other Qui Gong practitioners? It seems a little extreme to me to say I need to throw away my 2 Chia books…but then again… *sigh*…maybe I should.

Some of the stuff in this thread reminds me of something I read in NLP circles…something they in turn picked up from some Shamanistic tradition. I can’t remember which one unfortunately but the saying was…

“Energy Flows Where Attention Goes”

I wonder if those old Shamans were talking about Chi.

I’m glad to hear it. I’ve been doing a bit of searching on this subject across the web and to my surprise I’m hearing a LOT of negative feedback about Mantak Chia! They just all keep saying his methods can be dangerous not to mention all the other unflattering commentary. But nobody really comes out and explains WHY he is so disliked, WHY his methods are dangerous or WHY I see so many people across so many forums saying he is a Charlatan. What has this man done to earn such widespread disrespect among Qi Gong practitioners?!!

He tries to teach the more advanced stuff before peoples’ systems are ready for it. Unless the lower dantian/chakras are developed first and the energy system is free flowing, energy gets trapped around the crown chakra. Most people are only interested in trying to get to having crown chakra orgasms as soon as possible, and getting energy stuck around the crown chakra causes the most unpleasant and difficult to get rid of problems you can get from energy work.

And there was something about Frantzis on his website saying his method is the more ancient Water Method as opposed to the more common Fire Method? I read on several forums later that Chia’s books are the Fire Method. Does the Fire Method just skip over clearing blockages or whatever?

The water method is gentle and works with the body. The fire method is much more aggressive, trying to blast through blockages by ‘pressurising’ the system rather than dissolving blockages. It can cause big problems in a short time without a good teacher. Even with a good teacher using the fire method, the lower centers will be developed thoroughly before working on anything else. If you want to build a skyscraper, you need deep foundations first! Chia tends to ignore that, probably because he thinks Westerners are only interested in quick results. (He’s right about that).

Don’t worry too much about the settling breathing exercises for now. They are not essential. Just make sure you place the hands on the dantain and lead the energy back there and store it.

The Chinese say “No Yi, no Chi”. Yi is basically mental intention. Although chi flows naturally all the time, it can be be moved more strongly by deliberate intent. How the intention is used will to a large degree determine the results you get. Keeping your intention on working with the body and not fighting against it or doing anything that makes it uncomfortable is a good starting point.

Those are all nice suggestions you are giving there (in the waking hypnosis type of sense).
Maybe we should keep at least _a bit_ of common sense to all of this, ok?
In other words: Unless you experienced it yourself or know someone personally who experienced it, keep the suggestive talking style out of it. Say things like “Some people had… It’s possible to… etc.”. You know, simple sentences that don’t force it onto the reader’s mind immediately.

On a more on-topic sidenote:
Am I the only one who feels the strong urge to start laughing uncontrollably when he hears the term “energy blockage” ?
If a human being was a closed system then there could be blockage, and even then this “blockage” would simply mean a reroute straying from the optimum equilibrium, if you will.
Since humans are in fact no closed system (ever “felt” someone stare at you? To use a sidetopic of this) there can be no blockage. The reason why energy “drains” to the crown chakra is because that’s the way it is naturally flowing.

Sure, removing resistance to the flowing of the basic natural energy making up you and generall all-that-is is promoting health and feels up to ecstacy, but really it still is a completely natural concept compared to all those overcomplicated and usually just confusing techniques.
I know this is more due to the readers wanting some “rational” explanation for a purely irrational subject, but nevertheless this is why I suggest having at least one ear to the ground of what feels good and natural to you and yourself only (above all!).

IMO when you are rediscovering / release resistant thoughts, etc. / learning this kinda stuff all those wellmeant programs of exercises are simply meant to make the process back to a normal body less aggravating. Listen to your body first and foremost, then to your feelings and finally if something feels less than positive, it probably is.. i.e. “forcefully” “redirecting” (which I did in the beginning as well) this orgasmic feeling/energy. Of course you’ll probably start out with less than perfect harmonious energy flow, but if you feel you overdid it (i.e. headaches, sharp stingy “pains”, etc.) simply ask your body to help you find for you the next best step to rediscover and/or lead you through it. Relax, release, let go and let your body do what it wants to do (i.e. keep everything healthy). And yeah, illness usually is just a precursor to resistance, either present in your daily life or created by yourself by “willing” when you should rather listen to your body.

Oh and on the topic of “megin”: I know german, but never heard of this word. Even the most informal english/german dictionary has ever heard about “megin”.. Care to explain the source of the word?

P.S: I really liked your last post on this, firegoat :)

Hey this is my first day as a member.been reading about Premature Ejaculation a lot today.wanted to know if people had any strong recomendations for a book on Premature Ejaculation.thanks

Welcome to the forum brooksie. You will soon learn that we are picky about grammar, like using complete sentences, starting sentences with capital letters, space after periods, etc.

Read Forum Guidelines please.

There are a lot of threads about premature ejaculation here. Use the search function and you will learn a lot before you have to go buying any books!

Is Sexual Kung Fu and Crown Chakra Orgasms considered Advanced Qi Gong? That’s not the only reason I’m interested in Qi Gong but I admit it’s certainly one (the others being health, finding ‘tao’ and trying to extend my maximum youthful life-span ala Aubrey de Grey’s advocacy, etc.).

Wouldn’t “resistance” just be another way of saying “blockage”? Has anyone ever figured out what these “resistances” or “blockages” are and what put them there in the first place? Are they there to protect us or are they a sign of un-health?

Ah, an exception sorter. :)

Anyways, no, not really.. Resistance means it’s flowing just like before, only to a lesser amount (compare powerlines).. A blockage means NOTHING flows at all which is totally ludicrous when it comes to the body’s energy flows.
What put them there? Who knows? Maybe you? It’s your body, your life and your putting up with feeling less than positive when it never was what you wanted to begin with. IIRC the hawaiian have an age-old picture of “memories” being put in “black bags” (which you can’t see/don’t know about) all over your body, essentially storing them away and hiding them from your waking conscious sight until you may be ready to deal with them. Usually this is when one seemingly totally unrelated memory comes up to the waking thinking and usually just gets the waking mind to go “Eeek!” and go play the drums of how horrible this memory was, rational thought going into emotional incarceration if you will, resulting in the subconscious mind to kind say “Alll righty then. Let’s hide it again until next time you seem ready to learn from this memory.” and there the memory went hiding in a “black bag” somewhere in your body yet again.

Add to this the notion that some people see emotion as energetic motion and you may get a glimpse of how unusual the viewpoint really is.

As always, it’s more about how you handle your everyday life experience than what happened to you. Working through / Releasing and learning from those “black bags” is probably one of the least favourite things for most people, but it’s just the same as forgiveness: In the beginning really really hard to get by, but when you really do on a feeling level the release is so exquisite.

Oh, and since I just read the other two thirds of your reply: No, those “blockages” aren’t a sign of un-health and usually aren’t a problem in your life. But without them you get to feel so much better and live a so much more enjoyable (and incidentally healthy) life that if I were to be asked whether or whether not to do the letting go of resistance I would still recommend it despite the steep learning curve mainly in the beginning.

The body wants to heal itself. It just needs a little help. If we are electrical then we need a balance of Calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, Chromium.

Any lack in these conduits means sick body “Blocked energy” or flowing less efficiently. This is why I always recommend a Chem panel when you visit your doctor.
