Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

You have a problem? What you need to tell us first!

It’s easy to over-train when you start PE and to panic unnecessarily. It’s usually no different to when you start running or going to the gym: you get enthusiastic about it and do too much. However, you accept it as normal that your legs won’t let you run normally the day after a marathon or a heavy squat session in the gym if you are not used to doing that amount of exercise.

The penis is no different. If you over train it or slightly strain something it will recover just fine. Everyone who has done PE for any length of time will have had multiple times when they’ve over done it and can’t get an erection for a day, or a few days. If I’d worried every time that’s happened, I’d have given up PE years ago!
But when you’re a newbie and it happens for the first time it’s easy to get instant anxiety. And as we all know, the penis is ruled by our mental state. Most guys will have cum too soon with a new girl, or not been able to get it up, just because they are a little bit nervous.

Any anxiety can massively affect the penis. The penis is an extraordinarily resilient thing. It’s not easy to badly damage it, and it’s pretty good at healing!
Unless you have an underlying weakness in your penis (which would likely have shown up in normal masturbation or intercourse) normal PE is at least as safe as normal gym work etc.
There are forms of PE which carry a higher incidence of injury than other types of PE. Aggressive clamping, high vacuum pumping and erect bends all carry unacceptable risk for all but the very experienced. In order to be able to advise on every aspect of PE I’ve probably pushed every type of PE harder than almost anyone else on this forum, and I did it for a lot of years. I’m an extremist by nature anyway. I’ve had a lot of injuries as a result!

At times I’ve had to take a couple of weeks off, At times I’ve had to take 2 or 3 months off. But despite trauma and injury, into my 50’s I still have an absolutely excellently functioning penis.

Unless someone has done something really ‘stupid’, the single biggest issue for most guys is not the ‘injury’, it is the anxiety which interferes with normal function and makes people think a very minor injury or altered sensation is something serious, when its no more than a sore calf muscle to a runner or a sore pec after a heavy bench press session. These things are actually normal.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Ok, thank you, makes me feel a bit better

Not only that but I noticed that I lost a bit of size as well, will that be down to the injury and anxiety or to the fact that I haven’t done PE in a week?

Most likely the anxiety. When we have a bit of ‘fight or flight’ going on, the penis tends to retract as much as it can to avoid possible damage in a fight etc. It’s often a component of so called ‘hard flaccid’ as well.

After month doing PE I just switched to much more advanced routine and after few days my dick wasn’t able to do anything, after 3 weeks I have very easy erection, now it’s almost hard as before, but I have problem I lost sensitivity in my penis, when I’m trying to imagine some nude things nothing is happening or when try to pump blood into nothing but when I jerk easily getting in erection. I’m going to urologist today and I will take 1 month rest, I hope it will be as before.

I Had A Baaaad Injury

I had a really bad injury still not better yet, soon I will post a more elaborate version of my story but for now I will let you all know that, stem cells prp or platelet enriched plasma, and gainswave or shock wave therapy can all help greatly improve the health and function of Your member and probably also help get faster gains.

Possible trombosis

Hi, guys,

I read the forums a lot and this is my first post, English is my second language, so I’m sorry for any mistakes.

I am 26 years old, smoker, exercise regularly. I started PE 8 months ago, and so far I have had great results, going from 15.5cm x 12.7cm to 17.5 cm x 14 cm (bone pressed and medium (top, mid, base)).

I need help from the community to understand some problems that started and or worsened with PE, I am sharing some pictures, to help identify what I’m talking about.

The first one is about my frenulum, which is twisted, is this normal? I’ve always had it a little twisted, but since I started PE, it got worse. It’s marked on the photo with an arrow.

The second is about the possibility that I have a thrombosis in my vein, I think that from the photos it will be clear which vein has the appearance of a thrombosis. I would like an opinion from you guys. I think it is quite visible. I’m having a hard time having sex since it was like this, it usually hurt a lot during and after having sex.

The third is about those little balls that started to appear very recently. It is marked in the photo with a circle.

I am about 2 weeks without practicing PE hoping to improve my penile health.

I’m thinking of visiting a doctor to have a look. Anyway, I would greatly appreciate your opinion.

My Infammation In Penis

Hello, when doing the PE for a week I noticed that the last day of that week I had an inflammation in the upper left part of the foreskin the next day it took off, which could be, help please.

Looking for help to buy RestoreX

Hi guys, I’m looking for an US or North american user to be an intermediate to buy RestoreX. In 2019 I had an accident during sex which in a few months developed into peyrone’s disease. I’m specifically looking for RestoreX because I’m not much interested in gaining length but rather flattening the curve that I acquired. Also I’ve already given a classic traction device (Andropenis) a chance and it didn’t satisfy me. PM me if you can help me or know somebody who can be a potential candidate. I depend on you, Beasts

Go to the doctor, it’s better that way.

It’s not thrombosis to my knowledge, if you have pain and a hard vein then it would look like it.

Hi, I need some help please.

I started jelqing about year and a half ago, and in the fourth month I noticed a lost of EQ and size.

I started getting urine leakage, spams in the pelvic floor, sickness (throwing up) and an aparently scar tissue that made my penis curve a littlebit to the right.

The months passed, I left school and I had a lot of problems in my life, one of the big ones this.

One day I put on cold water and I had a normal erection, the biggest erection I every had. Was fully erect, that only worked for few hours then I lost that size and EQ again.

I didn’t stop light jelqing, I started to feel something in the pelvic floor area, something just some weird sensation that never stops is always there, some times that sensation disappeared and I start throwing up again, is like that thing I feel in pelvic floor gets up.

I suffered an epilepsy attack at the same time that sensation disappeared.

Everything is to weird I have a lot of anecdotes like that, I don’t know what happens in my body but all started when I jelqed. Knows someone something that can help me?

I’m done I try out iodine, subliminal PE, icing and everything I discover and looks like does something to help but anything fix the problem.

Was in may of the passed year the last good EQ when I put cold water directly in the penis, that time I had the biggest size I ever had. I’m still jelqing because I don’t want to loose the gains that I know I have but I can’t see, trying to get a way to fix all the symptomps I have.

At least if I could have a good erection when I put cold water but that only worked few times a lot of time ago.

I will go to urologist, but anything that helps is welcome.

Sorry for my english is not my main language.

Stop jelqing and all PE efforts now. Explain all your history to the urologist. Follow the urologist’s directions.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Old Injury

Hi guys, was jelqing for quite some time I. The past making gains and I tried few too many girth exercises and ended up fucking one of the veins that runs up the side of the shaft. Been harder and sensitive for about 9 years now and also sometimes when overworked or too much sex get nerve sensation down my left leg into my foot (left side vein damage on penis). Any ideas as to what I may have done?

I do different forms of PE now, none based on forcing blood into the penis but I guess more bends and safer techniques to keep penis health optimal, but any ideas on what my injury could be would be greatly appreciated as it has lasted a Long time, improved but but very slowly. BTW my pi’s are good but tend to have negative pi’s for a day or two after my light PE sessions.

Hi duck. Vein injuries are unlikely to last 9 years, so not sure what’s going on there.
Any nerve sensation going down your leg to your foot is your sciatic nerve and will be unrelated to your penis. If it comes on when over-worked or after sex and not at other times, it’s almost certainly being impinged upon by a tight muscle (most commonly quadratus lumborum or piriformis). If it was constant it would most likely be a disc problem at the 4th/5th lumbar vertebrae.
