Good afternoon friends. I am 32 years old. I have been practicing exercises for beginners for some time. These days I bought a suction pump .. Everything was going well but yesterday after doing a stretch I combined it with the suction pump and it appeared to me .. It looks like a bubble or a bruise. Don’t hurt or burn. And my erection is normal. Does anyone know what it is and how to solve it? I thank everyone. Sorry for spelling mistakes.

ocarioca, you’ve ruptured a vein. The only thing that will heal it is time. You may get a larger area of bruising and discolouration in the next couple of days - if you do it’s nothing to worry about.

The problem with ruptured veins is that although it will look ok in a week to two weeks time, and won’t have any negative effects on your sexual performance, they take a very long time to heal completely. You may find even after 6 weeks of no PE it will come back as soon as you over-stress it, then you are back to square one with healing. You should be ok carefully stretching manually, but not pumping or jelqing and certainly not clamping.

When you re-start PE, start very light and constantly monitor it; if there is the slightest hint of it opening up stop immediately.
I’ve had two of these in the past - one took 4-5 months and the other 6 months + before I could do PE as I wanted again. They were probably both worse than yours though.

Hi,

I’m already very well endowed but thought I would try the newbie routine for fun. So the beginner’s PE with stretching and then jelqing.

I followed the instructions to the T. Did hot wash cloth warm up and warm down, only used one hand not two so there wasn’t too much force, etc.

Then a few hours later, I did two clamping sessions of 10 minutes or so each.

My dick has ached ever since for the last two days and it feels a bit numb. I’m a little scared to be honest. Weird is that I can’t really locate the pain. It’s throughout the penis and even a bit into my body.

I can still get an erection and oddly when I have an erection it doesn’t hurt but does afterwards and when I’m flaccid.

Every now and again I feel a bit of a quick, sharp pain but that’s only once every few hours.

There is no discoloration or any other such problem.

What do you think could be wrong or is this normal?

That’s your problem. Clamping has no place at all in a newbie routine: it is, by a large margin, the highest-risk PE method there is. I was a fanatical clamper for a long time, but after a couple of quite serious injuries I quit clamping. It’s really the very last thing to try when your penis is too conditioned/tough to respond to any other form of PE.

Hopefully all you’ve done is the penis equivalent of going to the gym and having a very heavy leg day after not training legs for years - give it a week and it should feel fine. And don’t think about clamping until you’ve done at least a year of other PE because all you’ll achieve is quickly toughening up the collagen to the point where you won’t respond to normal PE exercises at all.

I posted to this thread a while back, this is slightly repetitive as it’s a bathmate issue but hoping for some reassurance.

After around 6 minutes in the bathmate at moderate pressure I felt an ache in the mid-shaft after which I immediately stopped. I’ve been using the bathmate for about a month.

It is almost the feeling of overstimulated nerves as my perineum muscles feel a little spasmy as well.

With no visual signs, bruising etc. And only this aching feeling which comes and goes what kind of injury could this be (and is it serious)? Could this be tissue related without bruising or would it be nerve related?

If I’m still waking up with morning erections this can’t be venous leak right?

I’m otherwise healthy, no prior PE issues except for pelvic/hip tension.

Wasn’t able to get a full erection immediately after the incident, morning wood next day (today) is fine but I’m still struggling to get hard even with porn , it feels like something is off.

The perennial problem with the Bathmate is that what people often perceive as ‘moderate’ pressure is not actually moderate. A proper pumping setup with a gauge is vastly better IMO.

Sounds like a very minor strain of connective tissue. If morning wood is fine but you’re having difficulty getting fully hard with porn it’s likely to be a bit of anxiety, and your brain telling you you should probably be resting your penis after yesterday’s ache. Which is what you should do.

Thanks for the wise words. I’m heavily hoping it’s overtraining, and I think this is most likely the case.

I usually take a day off in between sets but this was one of the rare instances of back to back training days.

The head the shaft, length and girth had shrunk. Looked like I lost some of my copora cavernosa. The texture felt weird as well. It has not changed since then

Thank you for giving lots of general details, but there is nothing really helpful in your descriptions that would point to what the problem may be.

“Moving penis up and down” doesn’t really mean anything. Veins cannot feel tight. And after the pumping that you indicated may have caused the problem, you were able to have normal sex with your wife, which would not be the case if you had caused any damage.

Normally there is a cohesive thread in the information supplied that points in the direction of what may have happened, but unfortunately there is nothing that suggests anything specific in your post.
I would expect a Urologist to be able to say for definite if there was Peyronie’s disease, or at least they would order further tests, and nothing you have described sounds like that would be the diagnosis anyway.

Extra skin on penis?

Any advice on tightening the loose skin on penis? The skin feels a little loose / a little too long. On the shaft (not the head) and I see some little stretch marks.

I did not have this problem before and I saw these changes after masturbating a little too much with no lubrication.. Whoops.

No specific advice. Collagen usually develops more elastin first in response to being stretched and that may be what you are experiencing. It usually balances out as you continue PE.
