Balls pain from stretching

Hey, I want to ask you whether you had any testicle pain that was caused by manual stretching and is that possible?
I started stretching for about 45 minutes a day, doing all kinds of stretches and after about 4 days my testicles started hurting. Not exactly testicles but where they are connected to the body.. So exactly the area where stretching puts pressure on.

I went to see urologist today, he checked me for anything he could (I was so scared for my balls that I forgot to tell him about my erection problems though) and he found nothing. No cancer, no infection, no prostate problems, no varicocele..
He suggested it’s from wearing tight pants and I should not worry but I don’t wear tight pants..
The only thing that comes to my mind is stretching.. What do you think?

Yes, the ligaments attach to the pubis and will get sore/achey at their insertions if you stretch them for that long! Build up the time gradually and you won’t have any problems. A few days rest and they’ll be fine.

PullingTearing Injury Below Coronal Ridge And Subsequent Symptoms

To give some personal background, I’m 30 years old and generally healthy in terms of body weight, blood pressure and fitness levels. My lifestyle is pretty sedentary due to my desk job but I work out 2-3 days per week, mostly cardio. I don’t smoke.

My personality is on the anxious side and I tend to be somewhat tense by default but my mental health is in a good place. My general tension, combined with the amount I sit and sciatica on one side, has led to some pelvic tension and general pain. This may be part of the issue but that’s why I’m here!

I have a history of about 4 years of mainly jelqing, with some decent gains and just 1 recurring jelq-related issue which I assumed was nerve irritation due to lack of bruising; general dull pain which came with spasm and pain in the anus area. The difference between that and my new injury is that this was caused by Bathmate and felt much more acute in terms of structural trauma due to the tearing/popping sensation, and no issues with anus/pelvic muscles.

About 5 months into the basic Bathmate routine, I was in the middle of a session, at a high but comfortable pressure while 80-90% erect when I felt the tearing sensation right below the coronal glans on the upper side of the penis; close to the location of the dorsal vein. I removed the Bathmate to check it out, quickly lost the erection and couldn’t get it back even with porn. There were no visible signs of damage, no bruising whatsoever, but there was a dull ache in the same spot and erection difficulties for the next couple weeks.

The following morning, I was surprised to have a normal morning erections upon waking, but was unable to give myself a full erection even when watching porn. The ache continued to come and go at random times for the next month or so, and it became increasingly easier to give myself erections over a couple months. The only reason I’m still concerned 3 months later is that I still have a dull ache in that area with more than 10 minutes of masturbation, and if I ejaculate, the ache persist for longer, usually for the rest of the day, along with a more contracted look and an intense flaccid curvature. The curvature generally doesn’t happen unless I ejaculate.

I’m wondering if it is safe to resume with the Bathmate; what type of injury could this have been considering the lack of bruising and symptoms above? Fascia tear or nerve damage?

An increased curvature generally only happening if you ejaculate doesn’t make much sense physiologically, so I have no idea what’s going on there.

There is a main nerve that passes under the area you say you felt the tearing sensation. Any connective tissue damage there would have most likely caused substantial bruising.

It’s an area that can be prone to skin over-stretching with pumping at high vacuum levels, and it’s possible you may have irritated the nerves, which can take a while to settle down again, and can feel bruised. I suspect it will continue to improve with time, but if you want to continue pumping I would recommend getting a quality air pump with an accurate gauge. Any people are using excessive vacuum with a Bathmate without realising it.

I’d also wait another month or two before returning to pumping and not take any risk of possibly exacerbating it.

Keep us informed of changes if you can; I’d be interested to know what happens with the curvature as that doesn’t really fit in a normal pattern.

I’ve been using a vacuum hanger for 7-8 months and never faced an issue until yesterday I noticed that I lost my sensation of cold on top of my glans. I don’t know if I lost it yesterday or in the past, but strong indicators shows that it happened yesterday.

I’ve added 0,25kg to my hanging 2 days ago, now it is 4,25 kg. But yesterday out of frustration for not seeing gains for almost 1,5 months, I tried new things:

1) I tried to get the feeling of a fulcrum with a rod that has a diameter around 3cm. While hanging, I put it behind my shaft and lifted the weight higher than before, I did a little shake too. I am aware these all sound way too sudden and irresponsible, I should’ve known better.

2) I usually hang straight down or between the cheeks but I tried an angle higher than them yesterday. While standing up I bent over to my desk and rested my ankles on it to read my book. The stretchy feeling was intense, it felt like it was working and the thought of it possibly damaging me never crossed my mind. I am ashamed to say that even though this is something new, I decided to shake the weights in an front to back motion.

And here is why I think damage occurred yesterday; after I strapped of the device, there were 4-5 shooting/stinging/stabbing/electrical pains that travels from my glans to the base. First two happened right after I strapped off the chamber and the other 2-3 happened in the first five minutes.

I immediately understood that I damaged my nerves and checked for any signs of it. Luckily, no loss of touch sensation in any area, neither pain and they are both at %100. But just above my glans are I couldn’t feel the sensation of cold, nothing wrong with heat sensation. I tried cold metals and even something from the freezer. Just dorsal red part of my glans that is it.
Same day, I was able to get erect after strapping the device off. I was able to cum without pain, was able to urinate without pain and no blood/colour change in pee.

How serious is this and what can I do besides waiting to make it heal? Do you think it happened yesterday or before? Please share me your wisdom, thank you.

I took another month off per your advice (total of about 4 months rest) and have just attempted to return to light bathmate use after I felt my penis was back to normal. I seem to have aggregated my previous mystery injury (nerve/tissue/fascia?) given the matching symptoms and feeling a bit defeated.

I kept my first bathmate session super low pressure which went fine, and two days later for my second session I stayed at light pressure, but allowed myself to reach a near-full erection which is right when I felt the same twinge on the upper shaft right before the glans. Wasn’t really painful, and I didn’t get any swelling or bruising, but felt something shifting or being irritated.

My morning wood/nighttime erections have been normal, but when masturbating even with porn it takes more effort to get and keep the erection - I’m guessing that touching that area is causing that effect.

Could a nerve injury have been this easily re-aggravated? Is the bathmate agitating scar tissue? It probably sounds like an odd complaint since there’s no bruising, swelling, and my nighttime erections are normal, but my erection quality is lacking and there’s definitely been an injury of some sort.

All I can really see is that you feel your glans isn’t very sensitive to cold. That’s perfectly normal: the type of nerves in the glans are really only particularly sensitive to friction, and then only when the penis is erect. The penis simply isn’t a very temperature sensitive organ, to either heat or cold.
As long as you are getting erections and able to ejaculate with a normal level of pleasure/intensity, there is nothing to worry about.

Thanks man. Yeah I think I’m done with the bathmate after these recent issues.

I’m just worried that a cylinder w/gauge wouldn’t even be usable since it seems like after 4 years of various PE that my penis has become too fragile.. Granted I don’t know what pressure I was at, but I was going so light this last time.

My fingers are crossed that maybe the nerves are just in a hyper-sensitive state - how bad of an injury could it be if my nighttime erections are normal? Maybe there’s a whole bunch of scar tissue in there messing things up?

Thrombosed small vein?

Working from home has allowed me to re-start a program I have been following pretty regularly. It includes low pressure pumping with heat to start my day. In order to completely avoid any donut effect, I adapted an older Phallosan condom to roll down from below the coronal ridge to cover the frenulum area. Seems to make sense and seemed to work well, with an added benefit of a slightly greater inflation of the head. All good it seemed. Now I appear to have developed a smaller hard bump/spot on the dorsal side, immediately below the ridge, just to one side of the frenulum. I think the intact “ring” part of the condom had been placed perhaps just below that area such that it allowed the small portion of vein to be subject to the vacuum? And, I am self- diagnosing that it created a thrombosed spot on the vein. It has a slight burning pain, that can be aggravated by touch. I am guessing that time only is the Rx. Anyone with other thoughts?

Any input is much appreciated.
