Potential Injury?
Hey guys, I tried to post this in Injuries and Treatments, but it didn’t let me. The problem is that I started my first ever jelq routine 4 days ago. I followed the beginners guide and I did everything correctly. Warmed up, did stretches, but my erection level sort of fell to 50% because I was making sure I was doing it safely. I did not have a warm down however and rested. Since then, I have noticed that I can’t get my erection level as stiff as a board like before I started. Maybe like 80% max. Is this a permanent injury or should I just wait a few more days?
