Possible Lig Injury, Please Help.

I’m pretty sure I’ve had some injury to the ligaments that hold my penis during erections. Any ED I have is due solely to pain, it will inflate, try to rise and as it rises I feel a pulling pain in my pelvis area in the deep base of of my penis(NOT on the visible exposed penis sticking out of my body). When I’m not in pain, erections are hard and instant when around my girl friend. Mind that if I’m sitting or laying the pain with erections is almost non existent. If I stand up on days where there’s pan with an erection I’ll feel the pulling pain and I lose my erection (I’m guessing because of the pain). Long story short my girl friend pants’d me while I was erect, bending my penis downward from the base. In the days after injury, most pain was in the pubic/pelvic area. I couldn’t get an erection in the days after. If I tried, the pain was bad, and it just wouldn’t inflate. It even hurt to laugh or cough and any Tight pants aggrivated it. Even stretching my abdomen in The days after injury gave a pulling pain in that pubic area.. I have always had a kind of high erection angle and my ligs are tight. I’ve never been able to move my penis up down left are right when erect, it’s like a pole cemented into the ground. The pain went away after some weeks, until the uro I saw tugged and stretched my penis while taking my BPSFL. The pain has been there for a month since. This pain increases is most prevalent whole flaccid and, only appears when erect if I’ve been abusing it (having long elections, not resting). On days where I don’t have pain. I’ve tested a log erection and it works with no pain, but then the flaccid pain comes. So, has anyone experienced similar pain? I really don’t think that there was any injury to my tunica, but if I did then I injured the tunica that’s not even hanging out of my body. This pain is on both sides of the base in my body and radiates up into the pelvic area sometimes as high as the lower abdomen. I think my case is pretty similar to a lot of lig injuries I see here, specifically issues with the fundiform ligament. I haven’t completely ignored it might be pelvic floor issues. But the people on PE gym think everything is a pelvic floor issue, which annoyed me. And I don’t really have the symptoms. If you’ve read all this thank you!! I’d appreciate any insight or help

Very well could be. I have a very high angle to my erection. Pointing at the ceiling if I’m standing up almost. If I tried to press it down fast or too far it’d hurt.

I’d think you’d know if you actually tore the ligament though. My guess is a lig injury would take awhile to heal. Personally I’d not masturbate and be gentle during sex. Tell your gf straight up that you’re injured and it might take awhile to heal. She should understand. If she injured herself down there she’d expect you to be gentle too.

Does not sound like a ligament injury to me. A typical ligament injury would be clearly visible with bruising on the attachment point on the visible penis. Just think of where you get sore when hanging. I also don’t think it’s possible to injure your ligament with weights usually used in PE. However if you do “manual” excersises injury risk is real because that is so much more dangerous.

Hey man. I don’t do PE or hang . So I wouldn’t know. But I do know that when I sprained my wrist very badly last year there was NO swelling, no bruising. I couldn’t even move it. I thought I broke the bone it hurt so bad.
From the lig injuries I’ve seen on PE gym, none of them had swelling or bruising either. I will begin to rest today though . And I don’t think I’ve injured the visible lig. I think I’ve hurt the one inside the body that supports the penis like a sling. Also, if you don’t think it’s a lig issue, what else do you think it may be?

Also man. I got hurt when my gf pulled my sweatpants down while I had a boner. Never done PE in my life. My penis is not flexible at all and is like a pole when erect. Very tight erection.

I actually thought of prostatitis or overactive pelvic floor.

It seems like everyone on PE gym says every injury is pelvic floor. I haven’t counted it out, but I really don’t think it’s that. I had an injury to my penis, how can my pelvic floor be affected for this long If it is a pelvic floor issue? I have no other symptoms besides the pain and I’ve never had pelvic floor issues before in my life.

Muscle issues can last a long time.

Still, I know exactly what you’re talking about. If my erect penis were yanked down it’d be an injury. Personally I’d say ligs. Nothing to do but to rest and address inflammation if it’s too inflamed. Eat right. Sleep well. All normal healing stuff.

Try focusing on resting and healing and less on the anxiety over what type of injury it is. That helps nothing.

Lilhelp: when it’s inflamed, yes the lig area is sore to the touch. When it’s Not, (usually if I’ve been abstaining), no pain. My issue is I’m stupid and having trouble resting. I masturbated 5 times in the last 7 days and seemed to have aggrivated it. I need to just STOP. For at least two weeks. It’s just I’m young with a very high sex drive so it’s very hard

Jimmy bobo: you’re right. Anxiety definitely doesn’t help. I haven’t been sleeping well since the injury because of fear and anxiety that this will never heal. Even tho I’m sure it will. I’m kind of a pessimist but I need to stay positive.

Yeah leave it be. Masturbation and sex put stress on the penis. Sex less so in my opinion. But just be gentle and take rest days.

How did it go? Is it better now? I also injured my ligament so I’m curious.

It will take a long time for ligaments to heal.. I injured mine over half a year ago and I wasnt much better until I started using TB500 and BPC157 2 weeks ago and since then my ligaments have healed a lot better. By the way im not saying you should use these substances as theyre illegal.
