Injury after stretching while fapping

Hi! I am noob here, and I am looking for people who has any tips or have had similar symptoms :)

General health (are you fit enough to walk a mile fast, or play a full game of basketball etc. Or are you more of a couch surfer, for example)?
Do you take regular exercise? Aerobic or resistance or both?
Lifting weights 3 times a week.

Average.

Do you smoke? How much?
No

Do you use other recreational drugs (including alcohol) Much or little/occasional or regular user?
No and no alcohol either.

Are you taking any prescribed medication? (Include anything which would be prescribed but that you get elsewhere, e.g. Prescription painkillers, ED meds etc.)
No

Are you taking any over-the-counter medication? (e.g. Antihistamines, NSAIDS etc.)
Took 4 Voltaren over the past two days.

Are you using any dietary supplements?
No

Do you generally eat a healthy diet, or do you live on fast food and cookies?
Healthy.

Do you suffer from anxiety, stress, fatigue, depression etc.?
I am stressed because of the injury only.

Are you typically physically relaxed or tense?
A bit tense. Also I am often too hard on myself and often push through pain. I have a back injury which I should have been more careful with when I first got it..

Do you have any known health conditions (e.g. Cardiovascular disease, diabetes, neurological problems, hormonal imbalances, thyroid disorders, asthma etc.)?
Back injury, stiff back.

What happened to your penis?
My penis is very rigid when it is erect and pointing to my chin. Last Wednesday I was fapping (with a fleshlight) with my penis about 90 degrees out (perpendicular) which does stretch quite a bit. I have never done this before. I felt a stretch, but nothing too bad. The fap lasted for about 30 minutes, taking many breaks (trying to build stamina). After, I felt a little ache along the top of the shaft, like in a good way (like after you have done stretching exercises on your hamstring). I woke up with morning wood on Thursday, and felt it was more uncomfortable than usual against my boxers.

Friday, I still felt a bit sore, but fapped again. This time I fapped for about 15 minutes with my hand and lube. I was thrusting into my hand, and was a bit rough. My erection was normal. I felt a bit of pain, but not enough to make me think anything was off. In retrospect I should have given it another thought because there was definitively a little pain. After I came, my penis went “hard flaccid”, I also had some pain and got very stressed.

I showered it in cold water and left it alone. Saturday I went to the doctor and he tugged a bit on it and I had almost no pain. He said I might have stretched something while fapping (it did seem like he was just guessing though.) and that I would be fine in 3 days. He gave me Voltaren and I took it on Saturday and the hard flaccid became softer, but not as soft as it usually is. All seemed to go well. The pain was almost non existent.

Sunday, penis is even better when I wake up. Then I did something which made it worse. I made myself get an erection by reading erotica (no fapping) because I was curious if that would be painful. Got very hard (normal) erection and let it fall again without fapping (after 3 minutes), but when I went falccid it was “hard flaccid” again, and more pain! Some time later, I was tugging a bit on my boxers, and the penis got curled downwards so that the head was meeting base of penis and I got a reflex to stop, then a shot of pain like 100 ms later. Felt like if I had curled a mm more my penis would have snapped.

This was about 6 hours ago. Showered it in cool water just now, and it is very small and a bit hard.

What symptoms do you have?
Moderate pain midway down the shaft on top and right side. Also some shots of pain in the head when penis is moved. Feel like my penis can’t hold its own weight while hanging. Weakness along top of penis.
Hard flaccid penis.
Color is normal.

How long have you had them?
3 days.

Have they been the same over that time or have they got better/worse?
See story above. Worse last 6 hours after curling penis.

Have they improved for periods of time (e.g. When you are on holiday or doing different work)?
Improved with rest and Voltaren.

What makes the symptoms better? (think hard about these - anything from less PE/masturbation to drinking more H2O to doing meditation etc. Is useful info)
Rest, Voltaren, Cold water on penis, trying to be positive and mindful :)

What makes the symptoms worse? (think hard about these - anything from a hard day at work to alcohol or lack of sleep etc. Is useful info)
Curling downwards!

Are there certain times of day the symptoms are better or worse?
Sleep helped hard falccid go softer.

Are the symptoms better or worse when you are in certain positions (e.g. Sitting, standing, laying prone or supine)?
Laying with penis pointing upwards is best position. Standing with penis hanging I feel like it can’t hold its own weight properly.

Have you seen a medical professional with your symptoms?
Yes, went to doctor when symptoms where not as bad.

What did they say?
I would get better in 3 days. But, this was when I had less pain.

Did you have any tests?
He pulled on it which was okay then, I would not have let him be so rough with the symptoms (pain) I have gotten since.

How do you think your condition/symptoms occurred? (Be very honest here, or no-one can really help you, e.g. Don’t say you did a few gentle jelqs if you strangled you penis, or that you did a bit of stretching if you stretched as hard as you could, or that you tried clamping if you wore a constricting device all night…)
By stretching while fapping. Erections seem to make the penis more unstable and more painful.

Is there anything else you can add that may be useful to know about yourself or your condition?
I needed to vent. Thanks for reading. I see other posts with similar symptoms and I am grateful I am not worse. I will continue NOT provoking erections, letting it rest, using cold water, and take Voltaren. I am considering lotions that help with healing without creating scar tissue. I am ready to let this rest a month or more. I am very stressed and I am working on being mindful :)
