I’m worried that this weight might be too much or too great a leap, and I might be training my penis to endure more resistance. Today, I didn’t even reach 20.5cm in Post-BPFSL after my hanging session. This stresses me out because the maximum weight (3180 grams) is beginning to feel much lighter during hanging, so I assume some toughening or conditioning is taking place. I’ll have to conduct my own testing. My starting BPFSL isn’t increasing after each session, and I have a very thick "steel cord" at the base of my penis.

Tomorrow, I will test out lighter weights. I’ll determine which weight allows me to reach my maximum BPFSL without heating, and then I’ll introduce heat to see if we can achieve further elongation without dramatically increasing the weight.

I don’t believe Kyrpas’ calculator is entirely accurate, so I think the best approach is to experiment and discover what our hanging weight range should be. Additionally, if I did indeed cause toughening of my penis, I really hope it returns to its previous state.

I might even take a light decon from now until i get the ultrasound unit which is in 2 weeks time due to not seeing any increases in length.

I took a couple of measurements during my hanging session. These numbers arent completely accurate, but since this is a progress log, i feel they would be useful to me as they help me understand how much each weight stretches things. I will do this again with a more consistent and accurate method.
pre BPFSL = 20cm
600g for 10 mins = 18cm
900 for 10 mins = 19.5cm
1500g for 10 mins = 20cm
3180 for 15 mins = 20.7cm
post BPFSL = 20.7cm

Strain = 3.5%

Hey yellow banana, have you been able to completely heal from your injury or is the inflammation acting up every time you hang?

Dude, I think you need to drop that DMSO stuff you’re taking and you should probably go on a decent deconditioning break for at least 3 to 6 months and then use that time focused on overall health cardiovascular health and allow your penis time to fully recover

Yeah I’ve completely healed. I don’t think the DMSO was causing the problem. I didn’t realize it back then but i also had that little frenulum scratch when i first got the swelled up dong. So it mustve been an infection. It gets pretty warm and stuffy inside the vacuum cup, its perfect for bacteria.

Thanks for the concern Dracula. I have stopped all form of PE for now as my NIR heating pad has broken and there’s not much point on pulling on my dick without heat. So for now I’m just waiting on my Ultrasound machine to arrive which will be around 2 months due to some strange shipping delay. During the time off I will be focusing on my health and will keep this forum updated

50,000IU Vitamin D Results

So for those of you who are interested in this. I did this for exactly 4 weeks with no form of PE. During that 4 weeks I was taking these supplements daily:
- 50,000IU Vitamin d3
- 5mg vitamin k2 MK4
- 600mg vitamin k2 MK7
- 900mg magnesium citrate
- 3mg copper
- 50mg zinc

Unfortunately, no results regarding length/girth gains. And as expected, no negative results regarding health at all.

Im very interested in this vitamin d topic as people seem to keep posting their success in such short timeframes (3 - 6 weeks for half an inch gain). I’m going to try this again but double the dosage on all supplements so that ill be taking 100,000IU vitamin D daily.

Of course, ill keep you all updated when I start this routine.

Please don’t do that with vitamin D. It’s rare, but it’s possible to overdose on it. It’s been a while since I looked it up, but I recall most of the overdoses were by people taking more than 100k a week.

Vitamin D toxicity is a real thing and has both acute and chronic manifestations. It can lead to hypercalcemia, and this can lead to kidney stones, calcium deposition in arteries (which is part of atherosclerosis) and other soft tissues, weakening of the bones from calcium resorption and a range of metabolic/ neurological and cellular dysfunctions.

Personally, even if the risk is low and transient I can’t imagine that the small possibility of some chance of result could be worth it.

I do understand both your concerns. And I have done some research on risks of vitamin D and calcium interaction. The user who I had heard this routine from described in detail why he takes so much vitamin K with the vitamin D, and it was something along the lines of Vitamin D in high doses does in fact lead to risks of toxicity, and calcium being delivered into your tissues rather than your bones like how it should be. He explained that taking all the cofactor vitamins that help with in vitamin D absorption, that there should be no risk. Of course i did fact check him and it all seems to line up. But of course if you guys have any other concerns or if I am incorrect or mislead. Please do let me know.

If you’re hellbent on doing it, it might not be a bad idea to go ahead and check your vitamin D levels before you begin because I bet it’s way higher than the normal range along with any other vitamin and micronutrient that could be related to what you’re doing. And a cbc and cmp wouldn’t hurt either to keep an eye on platelets and liver function and I’d keep doing these labs weekly and watch the trends. Or consider what Tenacious D said about risk/reward and what Dracula8 said about taking a break for a minute and heal up. I’d recommend listening to the opinions of those gentlemen as opposed to a do-it-yourself approach.
