Not that i can remember. I wear an ADS while sleeping and have done this for a year with no problems, sometimes i get erect in my sleep but just gets uncomfortable and i loosen the ADS, when it goes away i tighten it back up if i wake up or remember. But the morning this all happened. I woke at 6am to head to the toilet, not a single problem, took off the ADS and placed it back on when i returned to bed. Then i woke up at 8am with feeling hot and cold, my lymph nodes swollen. I wasnt aware of my penis being swollen at the time, i think that happened hour by hour after taking off the ADS.

During my recent hanging session before visiting the ER, my length was at or very very close to 20cm. I didn’t log it until i was certain i had actually had it. But my length appears to be a 19.4cm today. I just did some light pumping, it hurts because the cylinder pushes against the "bruised or whatever it is suspensory ligament. So i had to hold the cylinder off my skin while pumping up to 7hg.

Also the ER gave me advantin (Methylprednisolone Aceponate). I’m not too sure what this does or why they gave it to me. A quick google says it reduces the effects of inflammatory responses such as oedema. I’ve been using this cream twice daily with some antibiotics and things either seem to be the same or atleast going down very very slowly. Wonder if i should be using the cream or not?

I’m primarily a pumper. I started because I didn’t have any way to get a grip on the scars to stretch them. They didn’t like being stretched, and sometimes the outside ones would tear open. I pumped at 3/4"Hg - the most I could take - for many months. Three years later I’m up to 4"Hg, which is the limit of my converted aquarium pump. Since gains have been steady I’m not planning to bump the vacuum in the near future.

So, definitely yes, I recommend pumping. Start at a very low intensity, then work up. Do it several times a day. Stop whenever there is edema; all you’re doing then is stretching the skin.

I had similar symptoms. They were caused by a staph infection and subsequent infections, but pumping helped.

That’s how I do it. I never figured out why my shaft might suddenly decide to complain, but I just back off or remove the ADS as needed. Actually, it happens sometimes during the day, too.

That’s pretty much what happened to me, except I wasn’t doing PE back then. Didn’t even know it was a thing, though I’d done some pumping for a few months in the 1990s. Very sudden and dramatic onset.

You need to get copies of your doctor’s report and lab reports for your personal files.

Don’t get carried away with the heating pad; no PE temps. Just some gentle warmth. The Red Light Therapy papers I read said there were no noted benefits to going past 20 minutes, so no need to go nuts there. You might considering splitting it into two sessions.

Interesting that you’re not seeing shrinkage. Can’t complain too much about that. I wouldn’t consider 7Hg "light." I’d back down to 2", then bump it up depending on the discomfort level. Again, you’re not pumping for PE now; you’re pumping to fill your shaft to resist healing in a smaller size.

Looking it up, it looks like a high-powered anti-inflammatory, also used for eczema and other "dermatitis." Anti-inflammatories can also work against erections. Likely the doctor prescribed it for general discomfort. If it was me, I’d stop using it, but I’m the kind of patient I like to think of as "self-directed", but doctors usually refer to as a "hard-headed pain in the ass."

Im much better now. Penis has gone back to normal, all swelling is gone, erections are back and the same. After the swelling and inflammation subsided, I was still left pain in my suspensory ligament area. So i waited another week and a bit and its healed up nicely. Barely any pain when pressing on it now. Although, when i do a mild manual stretch downwards, my suspensory ligament area feels very delicate, almost as if it would come apart if i were to pull any harder. I did experience some shrinkage unfortunately, although its only by half a centimeter. Something that hasn’t been left the same is my foreskin. The swelling has gone completely, although its as if my foreskin is slightly tighter which makes it a pain in the ass to pull back. Another thing is under the foreskin (when i pull it back) theres a ring of dense tissue around my penis… It really does feel like a hard vein that you can move around. I massage it and apply some cream to it every now and then but its barely noticeable and not a big deal to me.

Something that I have done that isnt related to the above injury is while hanging and using the vacuum cups, my frenulum seems to stretch and expand due to edema, this caused some slight cracking and a tear which healed back shorter. This causes painful sex because my foreskin pulls on the frenulum.

Have you restarted PE, or are you going to give it another week or so for "restart from beginning" as a known state?

It’s just skin; it’ll stretch. The phimosis guys have a bunch of methods of correcting tight foreskin. There’s some discussion here, but there’s a lot about it on the general web. It seems that until quite recently, the only accepted urology fix was circumcision, so a DIY underground developed.

External or internal? After the staph infection, I was left with something like a too-tight internal cock ring, just ahead of the circumcision scar. Tight enough to be painful and easily felt when erect. The only way I could think of to stretch it was to pump, which worked well, though it took a long time due to the limits I had on tolerable vacuum. (from other damage)

As I started making gains my frenulum kept breaking, finally stayed broke, and eventually faded until it’s unnoticeable. I’ve read about uncircumcised guys having their frenulums clipped because they were too tight and prevented proper retraction; it sounded a lot like the procedure doctors do when the frenulum under the tongue is too tight.

I’ve been practicing some angion method. Been looking into that more recently and have been more interested in correcting my tight pelvic floor. But no PE just yet. This time off ive had could be a good decon, so im hoping to come back for some cheap and easy gains. With DMSO, or without, I’m not sure. I think ill go without.

Ill look into it, its not a big deal but it does make urinating a pain. Sometime it gets everywhere but the toilet.

It was under the skin, after some more waiting, its completely gone now. But it was similar to the internal cock ring you mentioned, although it didnt cut off circulation, it was uncomfortable. I believe getting back into pumping would be good to stretch out some of this old stiff scarred tissues.

Thats exactly what happened to me. It stayed broke, healed back shorter, now it pulls my glans slightly down at the tip. And the foreskin when its pulled back during sex, it hurts. I believe pumping could help with this though.

Something id like to add is I’ve been using a deep tissue massage gun and applying it to either while semi, or fully erect. I believe it could be beneficial to making girth gains when put alongside another PE routine. My reason is that vibrations can cause angiogenesis and relating growth factors such as VEGF and FGF. Although im not sure if the vibrations from the massage gun are the correct frequency. I also believe that the vibration when put on the highest mode and pressed into the shaft can rid old scar tissue.

What I’m going to do is stick to angion for another few weeks, I think a good long decon will be needed for me. Although during this time, I’m also going to put a certain "rumor" to the test…

I’m sure many of you have heard of the holistic study which contained people taking 50,000IU vitamin D3 and vitamin K-2 daily which led to an increasing penis length and girth by 0.5" (1" gain total on average). I recently saw a post on reddit where a guy went very in depth into his results and findings after 6 weeks of supplementation. He listed many positive symptoms such as having absolutely 0 refractory period, and being able to keep going. He also mentioned gaining 0.8cm in length and 0.1cm girth, although he swears that these increases aren’t measuring errors and that he can physically see the size increase. For some context, he’s been measuring and doing angion for a year, so he must have some practice with rulers. I’m not sure why or how these vitamins in combination can cause this type of effect to the penis, and not even he knows, but it is interesting and its only 100 bucks for a couple months worth of vitamins, so why not give it a go?

Well some of us stand and some of us sit on the edge of the stool while we let our member hang. I personally stand. I sometimes do squats, do some single leg balances, control yoga, read this site, watch YouTube, do some work… (porn is not one of the options, erection hanging hurts) Hanging is probably one of the less invasive coz it frees your hands. I do have an office standing desk but most of my hanging is done in the bathroom. Sometimes, it’s just not possible even when I work from home coz some of my calls can get too animated and intense. The one thing crucial is set a timer. Busyness can get you past the discoloration state. Otherwise, practice speed wrapping and technique, make the weights easy to hang, like use hooks or clips. Choose whether to be nude, on shorts or covered on sweatpants. I have tried all options and frankly it doesn’t matter. If you don’t have privacy, the shorts or pants option can be an easy way to hide the device.

My hanging sessions are short (1 hour) so it doesn’t really effect my day too badly. I just scroll through my phone researching theories on PE, or I stand there and focus on breathing, or ill put a documentary on while standing.

I remember doing some yoga while using stretcher back in the day, and that was nice because you got two birds stoned at once. Won’t mostly work with hanger I guarantee, maybe then if all your asanas are standing or kneeling ones, that might work. It didn’t always work with stretcher either, in midst of session the stretcher might slip out while changing positions/while being in awkward position. Well, that item seemed pretty crap invention for PE anyway… (I know some people get real results with IR lights).

That’s the bit downside on hanging. I mean, a possible 5-15 lbs, even a 1lb of weight accidentally unlatching and falling on your foot or the floor is a hassle. So no downward dogs if you don’t want that thing swinging on your face.

Back with an update!

It happened again… I ended up getting back into hanging just to get smacked backwards with a fever and swollen penis. And this time, the fever and swelling occurred without the usage of DMSO or other topicals. I’m surprised I couldn’t find any other experiences like mine. I chalked it up to being a minor open wound (more like a little scratch) on my frenulum which got infected after being inside the vacuum cup for such long periods. Anyway some antibiotics and im back on track!

Ive increased weight dramatically with my hanging. I’ve gone from my max weight of 1500 grams, all the way to 3180 grams. The weight is all based off of Kyrpas load calculator. I’ve started back up on my hanging journey with NIR heating, this time leaving out the DMSO as im afraid of causing any more toughening of the penis. Today is my third day back on after getting sick. Heres some stats:

BPFSL - 19.7cm
BPEL - 19.5cm
MSEG - 13cm

After a session my post BPFSL is around 20.7cm. I’m so close to 8 inches. I will get there. Soon ill be purchasing an ultrasound machine and experimenting with Kyrpas ultrasound method.
