Hello guys, I’m more or less new to PE. I’ve been lurking for a couple of months and it was about time to really commit into this long term accomplishment. Before continuing the thread, I apologize for not being word-perfect in English as it’s not my mother language.

Long story short: I’m currently 21 year old, dating an amazing girl for a few years now. Although I’ve never had any complain about my penis overall, I know that I’m pretty average down there (specially flacid size as I’m definitely a grower). My EQ is amazing such as my sex drive, hopefully that will remain the same for a couple decades! I’m an athletic person and love sports in general! By the way, for “fun” facts: I had a prevention surgery where they stitched my balls to the scrotum because in my early teens I had tendency to testicular torsion which gave me lots of pain back..

(I will use metric measurements aswell because it’s easier for me. Weight included in case of any fat pad increase)
Starting 10/20/16
Weight: 162.8 lbs (74 kg)
BPEL: 5.9” (15,0 cm)
MSEG: 4.9” (12,5 cm)

For now, my routine is 2 days on, 1 off:
-Warmup: 5 minutes (with hot cloth wrap while showering);
-Stretching: 10 minutes stretches right after shower (4 reps * 30 seconds on each direction: SD, SU, SO, SR, SL. With helicopter shakes in between);
-Jelqing: 10 minutes (Around 200 wet Jelqs, 3 seconds each);
-Cooling down: 5 minutes (with hot cloth wrap while showering);
-Edging: 20 minutes (to cement the gains).

For the next two months I’ll stick with this routine unless I see any necessary changes to it. Probably I’ll increase the stretching and jelqing time for a few minutes depending on my condition at the time.

If you have any tips or advices for me, please feel free to do it! It helps out a ton.

Day 1/90:
-6 minutes warmup;
-12 minutes stretching;
-15 minutes jelqing (wasn’t that good.. Had to concentrate on erection level probably because I masturbated earlier today);
-20 minutes edging (didn’t ejaculate although had big urge at ~10 minutes, had to calm down eheh)
-5 minutes cool down

Looking forward for tomorrow.

Good starting size, and a pretty good basic program. Watch out for Negative PI’s as that is a good amount of PE for a newbie to be performing.

Day 2/90:

Played football pretty late in the day and I only PE at night. Felt really tired and kept turtling. Took a rest day.

Day 3/90:
-5 minutes warmup;
-15 minutes stretching;
-5 minutes dry jelqing (didn’t like the dry jelqing, it felt like it was hurting my skin.. Must watch more videos or tips on how to do it);
-12 minutes jelqing (Still kept having struggle keeping my erection at the same % all the time. It would go low or pretty high but overall was good exercise);
-20 minutes edging;
-5 minutes cool down.

Played football again btw, was tired but couldn’t go for 2 rest days on a row eheh. EQ was like 7/10, felt like my legs kept draining all the blood from the penis!

Need an advice:
Should I cool down before edging or after? Because when I was done, my penis was not hot at all. The cool down felt like I was doing the warmup all over again.

Thanks for the reply mate! I actually saw your thread before starting my own, pretty good!

I think I had some negative PI’s on the 3rd day but I’m not sure if it was totally because of PE or football.. (Or both). I’ll be more observant for the next few days though!

I honestly think that 5 minutes of jelqing is effective to start with. Personally, I’ve never finished a full 10 minutes of it and I worked up to close to it. 15 minutes has a good chance of accelerated wear, especially if you’re actually athletic on those same days.

I’d recommend skipping pe if you’re on the field that day.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Is it detrimental to do PE on the same day as a workout?

Check out the thread on physiological indicators Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! to assess the effectiveness of your routine. Your EQ has dropped and you’re reporting turtling, so its probably necessary to take a week or two off of PE and start again with a lower intensity workout.

Only if your body has excessive recovery to do and experiences abnormally high levels of fatigue on workout day. If you’re absolutely beat after working out, there’s little energy for your penis to use for PE and even less for recovery.

There’s a magic medium, as far as working out and PE, but it is lighter than full on football body strain.

I must agree with you and learned it from experience.. When I hit the gym I don’t feel as tired as when I play 90 minutes football. Hours after playing, I always feel my legs pulsing and recovering. From now on, football or running means no PE for me..

I’m having really close attention to the PIs lately. What confused me was the 1st day of the routine, my penis was swollen and with a good hanging (good PIs). 2nd day of exercise were all negative PIs.

As far as I’m concerned about turtling, I’m quite used to it and it was one of the main reasons I started PE.. My penis and balls turtle a lot, specially when I’m doing any exercise involving run which I think it’s pretty normal. A long goal would be to reduce it..

PS: I would be way happier gaining some flaccid size then erect to be honest.. Being a grower (specially a turtler) sucks.

Turtling naturally is reduced with PE. It’s. negative PI. So, experiencing it now means you may be setting yourself back. It’s why Nurbj and I think cutting down your pe regiment is likely a good choice.

I already cut a bit yesterday and I’ll cut down even more today to see the results/PIs. The fact that I always turtle (way before PE) makes it hard for me to recognize if it was due to PE or other reasons..

I turtle when: Cold (obviously), hot to the point I get kinda wet from sweat, random walking, running, after peeing, taking a poop (LOL), and so on.. The most obvious one is when I run, it gets to the point where it even hurts the balls sometimes (this is the reason I had my balls stitched to the scrotum, so they wouldn’t go up to the freaking abdomen!).

I’ve noticed my flacid hang is also smaller immediately after running. It might be because blood is diverted to the muscles.

Hey Nurbj,
Looks like you’re getting some solid advice from a vet here.
I wanted to mention the quoted message specifically. Immediately after running your nervous system will be set into its active mode which naturally diverts resources from your reproductive system. This is completely normal. Think of it this way: when you’re running away from a tiger, a boner would seriously reduce your chances of survival. When you are relaxed and comfortable, such as when you just woke up and it’s all warm and cozy, that’s when your passive neural system kicks up the resources towards things such as digestion, healing and reproduction. A similar analogy about a more primitive human would serve equally well, such as a bonfire in the evening when the whole tribe is eating the bounties of the hunt, you’ll want to eat, recover your body and reproduce.
Other than that; keep it simple, moderate and you’ll see gains in no time!
