At the end of the first 30min set… could not make it past 20min in the next set… I tried some side angles too. it was a bit more all over the place than my last status update says, but it would be too difficult to explain. that was pretty close to it though. I kept going as there was no sharp pain. should I stay at this weight a bit longer than usual do you think? as in before I up the weight again

Note: After I felt fatigue for the first time… the rest of the day and the this morning my flacid hang was quite larger than usual. Not sure if this means anything but something to keep in mind

I hung for 2 hours,.. 4 sets (30min each) off the edge of the chair, sitting.

I’d go up half a pound and see if you can hit fatigue in the first 20mins, then ride it out for the rest of the session.

If it gets too much slowly lower the weight and see if you can continue, maintaining the fatigue is the thing more than weight.

I hung for 2 hours,.. 4 sets (30min each) off the edge of the chair, sitting.

Just the last few sessions I have done all sets one after another. The split sessions will resume shortly :)

Just fine…trying to find the exact position how I got fatigue… but it feels fine :)

Split set morning/evening

I hung for 2 hours,.. morning : 2 sets (30min each) off the edge of the chair, sitting. 1 set 30min, 2 set 10min each. and then some stretching. (the hanger kept slipping towards the end, very annoying)

Basically I need to wash it and me every time I use it or there is slippages that prevent me from hanging longer than 30 min. I also find stress makes the hanging more difficult.

When I used to hang BTC I would sit in my computer chair with my feet on top of my desk. The fatigue was unreal.

Hmm I could do this… at the moment the problem is my chair is to small and ithe weights hit the ground if I don’t sit back, but if I put my feet up on my bed (where my laptop is ) it might work just as it did for you.

How much of your gains were from hanging? and at what weight did you see growth :D
