I spoke to a guy here and he swore by that, I will most likely do that after myself :) . Said he did like 3 or more 15min sessions spread through the day,… and I think stretching after using the toilet… maybe he said jelqs not sure. I will PM you his name if I can find it.

I hung for 1.5 hours,.. 3 sets (30min each) off the edge of the chair, sitting.

A shame because I was really feeling bigger but personal stuff had to be dealt with.

!!!!!! Today is my last day doing 2 hours. I need that hour back and the time around it. !!!!!!

So from now on for the foreseeable future my routine will be as follows

1 hour of hanging almost every day. I will have Saturday and Sunday to play use at my discretion.

Stretch every time after the toilet or even if I just have some time.

100+ low erection level, super high quality jelqs (preferably before bed). Again how much over 100 will be at my discretion but it will all ways be 100 minimum.

Some edging and squeezes everyday.

There was a small bit of advice I gained from another user on his thread, that I will implement in this new program… so hats of to “Ganesh10in” Everyday I will be trying to make it bigger than the last, if even a little bit. As opposed to just going through the motions. I even found this helpful the last few days of my routine last week and hoe to build off this :)

Month 3 I think it is another average of 0.05 so over the 3 months it has been 0.15 of an inch…. sometimes over sometimes under. But as I have said defiantly feels bigger.

So… on to the next regime, into the deep again… maybe it will yield better results !!!!! :) :) :) ):

Why you don’t just stretch for 20 minutes with the vachanger instead of hanging is beyond me ! :)

Maybe your base girth is getting thicker which is why it feels different?

Because I spent last year entirely stretching and extending like an hour each and I am sick of that for now…. I see in my next move using the vac hanger to stretch though, you are correct that that is a good way to go. But for now I like this routine that I have planned. It became clear to me in this game of gains, be it penis or body you need to find something that not only works for you but that you enjoy mentally because otherwise it is a chore and you will use ever opportunity to get out and little by little it will not workout.

In the future I will though :)
