I was meaning to take the day off… but then I did some stretching with the using the Vac 3 head. I really was blown away by how good it was. If someone had the motivation to Manuel stretch you could see some real gains with that method… I am full sure I will do this in the future if not add it into my routine. Could not recommend the feeling of the stretch enough!!! :)

Been a while since I entered a log…looks to be the 25th…sorry for missing out I was try and account for my time as best as I can to keep this log right for future people.

I am pretty sure I did another five days of the routine and must have moved up some weight I actually moved up a lb as I am getting sick of moving slow. (just for the moment) so I got to 10.4lbs. The we had some visitors staying over and then I had to travel so I missed a week… I did some stuff but lets say it was most of a week. I am disappointed but will chalk it down to a Decon break :) Since the 6th of this month I have been back on track doing 1 hour hanging (x2 30 min sets) and either Manuel stretching with the Vac 3 hanger for 20min or jelqing low erection 100+ jelqs

Today 11th I have done my hour and am now doing a 20min hang at the increased weight of 11.5lbs… from now on back to 0.5lbs increase …I think… who knows. :)

I would like to point out again for people reading this, and I said it at the start and will keep saying it… I have made many gains in other things… this would most likely given huge results had I been a relative beginner. I am seeing more small gains each month.. very small but gains nonetheless. Girth has increased by a bit as well.. Sometimes I feel it is dishonest when I measure because it is after the vac hanger has pulled my head… but it is getting consistently easier to pass the 8.6 mark. I will just keep going for the mean time and try keeping this up to date. Sorry for the long disjointed message and thank you for the patience, I know the log seems on and of but honesty and transparency is best for this site. It is, the scientific way :)

Should be taking off today but I think I will have a a hang…. its weird I like need it or something to relax… seem pretty beneficial to not have it feel like a chore. I think that is key to any endevour you do that is a long term thing for example.. bodybuilding or playing music. I have found as soon as you start dreading it or its not fun it will only end one way.

30min at 11.5lbs

14th-16th

I hung for 1 hour,.. 2 sets (30min each) off the edge of the bed, lying back sometimes

Missed the stretching after the toilet for some time

Edging and squeezes.

Jelqs achieved 2 out of 3 days

Weight 11.5.

Things to note

Really need to clean stuff regularly to stop slippage… also if you penis or the cone ever come out make sure the line is free of holes or badly connected things on the Vac 3 connections.

I have had to stop using spit to get the cone in as it was too effective and the cone would rise to the top of the Vac head. making it a bit painful. It is getting harder to get a good seal now. It is hard to know if I should make the vacuum before I roll down the sleeve…after….. or half before and half after the sleeve is rolled down.

Twice now I think the blood blisters bust and I had some blood in the Vac head.

I don’t experience the pulling on the skin that you describe. When putting the end cap on, I make sure that the end of my penis is right up against the end of the cap. I use the cone and the sleeve, not one or the other. Then I use the little tube to suck as much air as I can after the cone, cap, sleeve are all in place. And I give it a few tugs as I am sucking the air out, because sometimes the end of my penis blocks the air hole and prevents me from getting all of the air out.

If you leave air in the end cap, you increase the chance you’ll get blisters.

After a long time off and playing around with stuff…I need to try this again, now I get you.

One problem I keep having..even after getting bigger cones, is that the cone travels up the vac 3, and my penis starts going down the center of the cone.. maybe I need more penis in the vac 3…as in place the cone lower.

I had a large break, but had been maintaining for a lot of that time.

I had a large amount of time manuel stretching with the Vac 3 and it was really good, if you can avoid pain and slipping it could be a really really good idea. I could not, the constant change of angle made slipping more common. I have been given a new cone by Bib- so I will try again.

For a long time girth has been my goal, and funny enough I have gained girth and loss length….now I am about 8.5”, instead of 8.7” maybe smaller sometimes…but girth is up!.

I WAS for a time trying Manuel or hanging for like 20-30min, then 10-20min jelqs x2 a day (time is better than jelq number to get better quality jelqs)…but it is jsut too hard to do that with my time these days. But 100% there is gains to be had there

FOR NOW. My routine is going to be once per day.. 3-5 days hanging for 30min…hang on left…right….straight down. Then 3-5 days of 10-20min wet jelqs.

Some days I might do both in the same day…that is really a good feeling but it is too much time when done this way, and somedays I dont feel like this. (I am training in MMA BJJ etc etc for many many hours per day, working and girlfriend…. so I need my time and energy for that)
