I never could do more than 3 sets in a day. But I progressed way too fast. It was never comfortable. Is hanging comfortable for you?

With regards hanging I am in the camp of Marinera. . but dude I would love to be on 3 sets./.. I really feel I will have to move that way there is no time at all left in my day. I used to use an extender and used it for 4 hours which was the minimum recommended by the manufacture. .. it meant I had to progress quicker also… but gains were sweet. I will say it everytime… Noose style is so uncomfortable (being a man possessed is the only way to get through it)

Just today and the last time I tried 30min SD sets and even that cut down my session time a lot. I want two angles and I am not sure maybe you could help… doing straight down for sure. But then can’t decide between on my side,… or over the shoulder??? I think on my side is making me have more girth gains (which I am trying to avoid)

Could you give a short run down of your progression, angles and little things you found important , either PM or perhaps post here fro those that might read through this (it can be literal thoughtfulgold ) :)

Sorry meant to answer. ye It is comfortable. some days it is slipping some days it is not, if it is slipping at the end of the set it can be a little uncomfortable, but no where near the noose on an extender.

Update: Tuesday 06/09/2016

Since Thursday I have been at a festival and recovering, I really should have been using my hanger by now but i’m out of town.

In an attempt to do at least something yesterday I used my pump for an hour in 3x20min sets. . and today I will do Manuel stretching for 1 hour + 100 jelqs

Normal training will resume tomorrow.. I will train into the weekend to make up for lost training time.

Incresed the weight from 6.6 to 7.1

3 sets at 7.1lbs (1x40min, 1x20min, 1x30min)

I’ve never heard of anyone hanging for 40 min each set. When I was hanging BIB always recommended a max duration of 20 min. Do you ever experience numbness?

I was doing 6x20min sessions to get the 2 hours in, I started doing 30min sets lately and it was just fine. yesterday I did only one 40min set, as it was holding very well and it was no difference that when I did 20min near the start. I will however do 30min if I can as it is more efficient time wise. I dont use anything but the cone with my Vac Hanger 3

I am not the only one, I think Cap is doing a single 45min session a day. Some believe that continuous stretch with as little breaks as possible is better albeit that your penis is safe. I personally don’t have a side I am just going for efficiency and the most relaxed stretch as Marinera would prescribe I feel I too will reduce my total session time after a while as it can be a bit too much and I have many other things to do… but for the next while I will try to do 2 hours 5 on 2 off.

He uses a vachanger. Less weight, more time (per set).
