Nice to hear that your EQ has been better. That’s the most important thing in the long run. Although sometimes I think we have to accept periods with not so good EQ due to hard PE work to get some growing to happening.

Thanks Patrik, I look to your progress for inspiration!

I need to actually get a decent measurement soon to show myself the same improvements and help motivate me. I think it has been long enough at 6months of intermittent work.

You are right. I also think we need to love away from thinking an erection is an automatic response from a man to any stimulus. It’s more complex than an on/off switch. Trying to get away from blaming myself for a poor EQ day is hard as society norms expect men to be horny 24/7.

NET though has been a massive improvement and it’s being noticed by my wife so that is a confidence boost!

Good week!

Jelq sessions have left me full throughout an rim upping is to 8 sets of 15 (120).

EQ has been better and VERY much noticed by my wife and myself which is a big win.

Still battling performance anxiety worries. It’s hard to understand as I know everything is working better than years ago. It’s just trying to block out the worries of ‘not performing’ working on affirmations and subliminals to boost me up.

Yeah have been alternating it as my exercise and following Avocets principles of shorter pumps but doing more of them. I like it and think it has helped a lot

Will be carrying on with this as makes a real difference.

Thanks! Honestly, the pumping is great but I am not getting too much into it without getting a gauged one as I’m being super cautious without knowing the pressure. I am up to 4x 3mins reps and managed to maintain full erection for the first two which is an improvement for me.

Aside from now being more diligent with the heat pad warmup I’m now also doing a full 5 minute edge before I Jelq/Pump. It’s makes a lot of difference for me. I’m also incorporating the Angion strokes while I’m Edging and it is definitely pushing up my EQ level. To the point where I feel it now pointing upwards (that’s been a while!). I know that 99% of Janus’s comments on Angion are pseudoscience at best, the strokes are really getting the blood flowing and making things better in EQ terms.

Feel a lot of fatigue now though so a break is soon coming on…

Mid-week off and feeling good. Was a little over zealous in a jelq session and got a PI drop.

Will be back into routine on Friday.

Getting some positive changes from listening to some subliminal to help with mental side of things. Surprising what a little lift can do for you.

After the end of the two week break (following a little discomfort after being a bit zealous) I got back on with a light session.

Light stretch and jelq left me with a little discomfort again, right side at the base. I think it’s something in the lig as I had strained before so another week break and then will come back with another light session to test and maybe a light pump as that feels less intense than the jelq.

Overall a better hang and I’m going to measure soon as convinced it feels wider.

Started on deep breathing exercises to help with calming and tight pelvic muscles and this seems to have helped flaccid hang too!

Relaxing breath helps with all forms of PE. I have been trying to do this while I stretch and it has made my stretching more intense. Good job taking breaks when needed!
