I tried to pump for 5min at a little less than 3hg. This worked great the first day, but after the second day my EQ went down. When I do decide to add pumping to my routine I’ll do 1 or 2 minutes in the tube at a time at 2hg or less. I did do some pumping awhile back that didn’t even register on my pressure gauge but my unit was engorged to the MAX and was able to maintain a good EQ afterwards… this might be the trick.

That kind of sits in the Avocet principles of pumping for ED. Working on the circulation boost and gentler stretching to improve EQ above everything else. If it worked well last time, give a try again and see. I think relying on the PI aspect here seems to beat (and most supported) way.

So I’m battling to get a good measure. I am going to finish my cycle, get a good set of rest days in so I’m at max EQ and then get a measure but I am definitely up something on my starting point!

Pumping has been great and I am actually able to feel the difference when walking about. The big tell was the other evening I was cold (wearing shorts too late in the day) and everything was chilled but I hadn’t shrunk to a state of nothing! That’s a big difference for me and felt like everything was just staying fuller. Quite pleased with the workout effects but a feel fatigued and a break coming on. I think o can manage about 3 weeks training then I’m in need of a week off. Got to work with my body.

ME TOO! It’s like we have to carry a ruler around with us waiting for the exact moment when we can get a good measurement. Its stressing me out lol

I’m happy pumping is working for you buddy! I plan to introduce regular pumping into my routine sometime during September.

Yeah I was doing 3x3mins at low level and now up to 3x4mins. I do lose erection while under pump but then get it back and go again. It feels baking hot once done so it’s clearly doing something and feeling the pump effect begin to last longer. 100% try it!

I usually do a bit of waving around to restore good blood flow. Then work back up to erect, day 60 seconds. Then back into the tube for another set. You could edge for a min or two if you wanted to. I follow true Avocet type approach of treating it like a cycle of that makes sense

Worth trying out and I just got a basic one and use very little pump due to no gauge. If I keep seeing improvement I will go with a gauge one as an investment so I can be more accurate and safely increase

Positive PIs!

So after a weekend break I actually had my first spontaneous morning wood in recent memory so something is working well. I think it’s adding the kegals when stretching up. This seems so much better for me than trying to isolate the muscles any other way.

Working on it mate! Trying to stick the routine is a challenge but paying off the last few weeks

Mixed last month.

I was on holiday so PE took a back seat and managed to fit in some light stretches during bathroom visits and at night as well as kegals.

Coming back to it I felt I hit my stride with the Jelq routine, grip, force and it felt good!
However after only one week and half I started to get negative PIs so think I need to take better breaks. 1 on 1 off, alternating jelq and pump. Keep it going but ease off as I’m so prone to fatigue!

Up side of the break was impressive performance and an appreciative wife, not been that firm and long lasting for an age, so thank you PE!

Also while edging I’m adding some Angion Strokes to help with blood flow (EQ only).

So the same two steps forward, one back but the NET is I’m still making progress.
