Steady Progress: My Log

Feeling crappy still about slipping back into porn for a week and need to pick myself up. Get back to being able to hit arousal without visual stimulation.

Also changing up my routine at work so I can make more efficient use of my break times. Going to alternate a stretching day, Jelq day and a rest day to get more out of the time I have.

Will aim for the same 5 minute warm up, 5 minutes of the exercise and 5 mins edge/warmdown.

Will use heat and edge on ‘rest days’ to keep the circulation up.

Also back to cardio workouts this weekend so hoping that helps with the reset!

Got some validation tonight as my wife told me that ‘tonight you felt ginormous’. I very occasionally get a size/hardness comment but not often and I know she doesn’t say it for the sake of it as I’m usually feeling good too.

I said that my exercises (which she thinks are just for EQ) are really helping me preform. She said it was and ‘I hope it’s not going to get bigger as you might split me in half’.

We have only ever been with each other so have no points of comparison on size and are fully accustomed to each other but the little extra from my EQ going up is clearly showing.

No delusions about size change a month or so in but on the right path and just a small boost was great for her and that made me a happy chap!

Yeah felt great but of course as we only have been with each other I take it with that in mind that I and bigger than normal ‘for me’ (which is great) but not letting it go to my head…well only a little.

Oh totally, I guess for a woman who is used to the same year in and out (and I have been on a declined of late) the sudden upshift must have just felt a lot different.

Def makes me feel like it’s successful before I even crack out the ruler.

So a week and a half after falling off the ‘no porn waggon’ (frustratingly after 5 months) my erection response finally showed a resurgence today. Not to the level I had improved to but back up.

Cannot believe that one slip caused so much of a less from just the mental/arousal changes.

Do not need that shit in my life!

Onward and upward!

Getting some much better flaccid hang due to stretches and changing underwear style.

No measure for another 6 weeks but my light routine is staring to feel like it’s here to stay!

Been a few weeks since my last update, lot going on.

TLDR Steady PE and life gains.

Positive progress with the exercises, stretching getting easier and taking it slow has so far not aggregated my previous ligament strain.

I’m getting to the point with the jelqs where I feel the expansion even though I’m going gentle. As soon as my stroke hand moves I’m getting the next OK grip on behind it and that’s helping a lot. As I use a reverse grip I block my view and am trying to get consistent with stopping before the glans.

EQ is still improving and my wife has noticed. I got told that whatever exercises I am doing (told her they are EQ boosters), I better not make it any bigger..let’s see!

Learned a few things about myself so far, firstly I never realised (only one partner ever) that I have a good starting size which has been a confidence boost. Also not to beat myself up about stuff not being perfect. I’m coming to the end of a course of antidepressants and have taken some 5mg Cialis every few days, the SSRI was killing my drive and this just gave me a little bump up, doctor felt it would take pressure off. Be glad to be back to normal.

I feel I have made some gains (mainly EQ related) and my wife has noticed unprompted so that’s a good sign.

Loving the interaction here and it keeps me going.

On a bit of a roll now and getting into the groove.

Cutting down to doing stretches one day and jelq the next has helped me stick to a stretch/jelq/rest cycle and fit it in with limited time.

Definitely have a better flaccid state and can actually feel it when walking about which is a big change for me (major grower here).

Feel like I have some small EQ gains still and sporadic return of night/morning wood (slowly).

I’m convinced I have some gains due to look/feel/response from my wife so come end of May I’ll see what has changed with a proper measure.

Struggling with kegals though. Feel like sometimes they fatigue me too much so going easy on them.

All in all an improvement though.

Today’s Jelq felt good and I surprised myself.

Warm up was some edging as not getting on with the direct heat approach. Allowed reception to subside and did my 5 mins jelq. Getting the motion better now.

However went to edge as a warm down and couldn’t get better than 50% hard.

However. 30mins break/recovery later and edged to a real throbbing one so guess the jelq initially tired me out and then helped me get pumped!

Today’s Jelq even better. Getting into the swing of the right pressure and time. Only using one hand as my off hand coordination is garbage. Felt good and plump by the end. Looking forward to working up to 10mins.

Got some shea butter to try out too.

Flacid is noticeably better now and way less turtling even when cold.

PE rocks!

Night/morning wood been absent the last week so I’m guessing this is negative PI creeping in and I might switch to 1on 2off after a 3 day break as I seem ridiculously susceptible to fatigue!

I’m finding the same without kegals. They just fatigue me and decrease my EQ

Well the week off helped a lot! Night/Morning wood back with 6/10 EQ when I noticed, maybe more when asleep. Positive PI!

Also longer hang this week due to more relaxation. Going to start up for another 4 week run of 10min Jelq sessions then take a week off again.

Starting to be able to see what I have when clothed has been a big ego buff!

First day back after a weeks break so did 5 min stretch and a few mins Jelq followed by a few mins edge.

Tomorrow I’m back to my planned schedule of 8min stretch day/8min jelq day/edging rest day cycle and see how that goes for 4 weeks.

Today’s workout was awesome! I think I have found my groove with Jelqs and the right pressure and motion.

5min warmup, 8min (100rep) jelq and 5minute intense edge and I’m feeling plump and very warm.

Also actually got a look from a (too much) younger girl in the office shortly after as my post workout effect was clear. Nice ego boost if nothing else.

Your listening to your body and making adjustments accordingly, that’s huge! I have a hard time taking breaks when I need them and need to be more aware of my physiological indicators. Keep up the good work buddy and your dick will be hard as steel!! 💪🏼

Thanks! Yeah trying to listen and also learn from the huge backlog of info here.

I feel I have grown but putting of measuring until the end of the month so I can see a 3 month impact (EQ gains plus newbie gains).

So far my EQ is up a notch but still feel a few steps to get that rock hard feeling of the wasted youth years!
