Steady Progress: My Log

Feeling good as I have pushed the Jelq to 10mins and have been having some half decent night/morning wood coming back on so it’s good progress.

Slipped off the no-porn waggon 2 months back, only this week returned to the point of being able to get erect without visual stimulation. Next step is being able to reach PORN without it. This is a struggle for me at the moment based on just imagination but will continue to work on this.

Goal: BPEL: 8inch MSEG: 5.5inch EQ: dialed up to 11!

Experimented with pumping today. Have had a budget one for ages and tried it once but felt a bit anxious after it’s use.

It doesn’t have a gauge (so will be upgrading) so I made sure to go in hard and then apply just a minor amount of vacuum that didn’t feel much at all. Did 3 mins then regained erection for a few mins and cycled twice more. Following the principles of Avocets ‘pumping for ED’ as for a start I wanted to get my EQ improved. Let’s see how this week goes and then maybe I’ll buy the gauged one.

Yep! I don’t have ED but I know my EQ is about 8.5/10 compared to what it was many years back. I’m thinking the improvements from the cyclic pumping will help push that up. It certainly boosted my night wood that day! Back on it tomorrow.

I think my new rota will be:

Day 1 - 3x3 minute pump. 5 mins edge
Day 2 - 8-10 min jelq. 5 mins edge
Day 3 - 10-15 min edge

Repeat

Getting more than 20mins for a session is a struggle at the mo.

Today’s Jelq felt good, full throughout.

Edging this week has def been better, harder without having to kegal. I feel like a few more weeks and I’ll be getting 9/10 EQ which is the biggest improvement for me. Feeling stoked!

Feeling good about progress even when slow.

This marks a month of being off of SSRIs and I’m feeling better in myself which helps.

Now working on getting good performance with just mental stimulation while continuing the light Jelq, stretch and pumping.

Slowly feeling like I’m reversing the effects of time but it’s definitely two steps forward, one back. I just have to make sure I stay positive during the backward step and manage my self expectations (a reason for my descent into anxiety in the first place)

Taking 2-3 day breaks after a few cycles is helping. I’m leaving I cannot handle heavy training!

Its a good feeling when you can make some positive changes with life and PE. I know this will lead to gains for you buddy. Keep it UP!

Thanks dude. It does feel good, small slow changes work well and I have learned to manage the emotions around the step backwards knowing that the two steps forward will come.

Have dialled back the Jelqs and now counting reps not time. 50 reps is working well for me. More was giving me negative PI.

I’m yet to measure for growth still but EQ is up and my wife is noticing the difference for sure.

Flaccid is greatly improved, combination of PE and very loose underwear. Got told by my wife I looked like it was bursting out in tighter jeans and that’s after 17years of never having a bulge comment! So consistency and following the OI guide is slowly paying off.

Going to up the pumping to 3x4mins as this doesn’t trash my PI.

Occasional night wood returning again.

Erratic at best. Had lost the use of a spare room for a few weeks for refurb so the routine was on hold due to lack of privacy. Restarting it this week. It helps a lot with good blood flow and EQ

That stinks about the lack of privacy but doing some refurbs on the house is worth it for sure! I did some experimental pumping last week and really want to add it to my routine, but I don’t think I’m ready :( (loss of EQ). Good to see your back at it.
