Starting Over AGAIN

Seems like this has been the story of my life. Start PE, make small gains, let life get in my way and quit. Now I’m refocused, my wife is completely on board and gets why I want to do it which makes it easier.

Routine plan:
Weight hanging-15 mins/day
Clamping-5-10 mins/day
ADS-4 hours/day
Anti-turtling silicone sleeve- all day and night
