My Progress

I started out with the newbie routine with 5mins stretches and 10mins jelqing 2 on 1 off. After 2 weeks i realized that was too much for me. My erections got sluggish and i couldn’t keep the proper erection level during the second workout. So i took 2 days off and started the linear routine.

I started with 1 stretch in all 5 directions and 30 jelqs about 6 seconds each. Took me about 3 weeks before i could increase this. But i have slowly worked up to my current routine of:

1 on 1 off
5min warm up
10min stretching
13.5min dry jelqing
5min warm down

I have had positive PIs since the start of the linear routine and as I increase it weekly I make sure that they stay on the positive side. I’m going to copy and paste my tracking log from my phone so that i can continue it here. I only measure length non bone pressed because that is what is mostly usable during sex. This is my log from my phone.

7-20-16: 6.75 x 5.75 BG: 6.25
8-11-16: NBP 6.875 x 5.75 BG: 6.25
Start Linear Routine: 8-12-16
8-25-16: 6.938 x 5.75 BG: 6.25
9-5-16: increased to 10 stretches
9-12-16: 15 stretches
9-16-16: 20 stretches

I cheated and measured length on the 16th and I reached 7”nbp. I want to wait until the 20th which will make it my 2 month mark to make that official. It was actually a little passed the 7” mark. I always measure after a rest day before I do my routine every week. I was once 7.25nbp at my biggest years ago(i did PE about 6 years ago)but I ran into erection problems due to porn that lasted about 5 years. It took me that long to finally learn that porn was the root of the problem but that is cleared up now. I was kind of scared that fantasizing during jelqing would affect me negatively but it doesn’t at all. But i want to reach about 8x6.25nbp. Sucks that i haven’t gained girth yet. Maybe that will come as I up my dry jelqing time.

Currently at 20 total stretches spread in 5 directions and 70 6-8 second dry jelqs. I will monitor the next workout and if PIs are still positive I will increase to 25 total stretches and maybe 5 more dry jelqs. I try to increase slowly so I don’t have to run into those negative PIs. I remember in the beginning only those 5 stretches would leave me sore and make jelqing after tough. I’ve come a long way. Cant wait to measure again in 2 days. Hopefully I am above 7”nbp. I may consider stopping at 7.75nbp which would make my total length gain 1 inch but I will see when I get there. I really want 6.25” mid shaft girth too but I will see how the dry jelqs work out before I switch anything.

I am taking an extra rest day today because my PIs are negative. Have to work harder to get an erection. When they return I will measure and do 10 mins of jelqing and lighten up on the stretch pulls. I think I stretched a little firmer last workout than usual.

Changed my routine to 3 sets of 5 way stretches and 50 dry jelqs(6-8 seconds each). I noticed that my eq wasnt as good as it was in the beginning so I must have been slightly overtraining. I measured my BP length today at 7.81”. Wish i had measured it in the beginning just to track both BP and NBP. I will stick with this routine until i feel like i can add more. NBP is at 7” on the dot but i wasnt 100% as hard as I could get when I measured. Was maybe 95% there.

Thinking about changing my routine a little bit. Replacing about 10 of my jelqs with horse squeezes to see if they help get my girth going. It is my primary goal to gain girth even though I want length too about .5” to .75” more. I only want .5” girth because Im just assuming the wife may not be able to handle 6.5” with a 7”base. So my routine will look like this:

7.5 minutes stretching
40 dry jelqs
10 horse squeezes.

Hot wrap before and after. I will keep a watch on my PIs and if I see any negative signs I will change it a little until they are positive. But this looks like it shouldn’t be too much.

You have awesome starting stats man!
Don’t worry too much about base girth as jelqing and squeezes didn’t do anything for me in that department, the only thing that’s grown my base girth has been clamping.
If dry jelqs aren’t giving you girth gains you may want to switch over to wet jelqs at a higher erection level. I believe doing them wet makes it easier to get more pressure and area covered.

Thanks pushup. I actually think I may need to scale down to 40 jelqs. I remember when I was around that number I would have night erections that would wake me up at night. Maybe I am doing slightly too much. I will try 40 jelqs tomorrow and see. When I dropped from 60 to 50 I saw a positive change. Maybe that is what I need to do.

Also I think I need to do that because I have to take an extra day off after about 4 to 5 workouts. I know rest is important which is why I only do pe every other day so I really want to get it down to where I don’t need to ever take 2 days off.

Hi I’m brand new to PE. I am quite hesitant to start this journey because I’m afraid of scams and injuring myself. Unfortunately with my situation my erect length is 3.5 in I thought I was 5.5 but today was my first time actually measuring I was afraid of the truth. I hope this is real and I can increase to at 6 inches.

We are all regular people here on this journey. The only way you can fail is if you never get started. Just don’t get overzealous and do the exercises hard.

First of all Welcome to Thunders!
Now you said you’re afraid of scams, yet if you browse around the website they aren’t really selling you anything. Yes eventually you can buy ADS, hangers, and other things to help you maximize your PE gains. However that is not recommended for a newbie, most members don’t even recommend them as long as your still seeing gains. Basically you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.
Now a little about myself I have been browsing Thunders for awhile and have had an account here for a few years, even though I didn’t do the excersises I always believed that PE worked. However due to the fact that I was pretty lazy I decided to not do anything about my penis size, not because I didn’t want a bigger dick but because I was to lazy to do anything about it. Now that I look back I wonder what gains I would’ve had by now if I had started all those years ago. However there’s no going back to the past, so now I started PE again almost a month ago and have seen amazing flaccid gains, I haven’t seen any erect gains yet but hey I’m just getting started, and I don’t plan on quitting anytime soon. So if you really want to have a bigger penis than prove it by trying PE, and being consistent on your workouts. Like I said you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

Decided to measure today. I am now 7.94 BPEL! I think my NBP was 7.06. So looks like I gained more BP.

I actually cut my dry jelqs down to 40 and kept stretches at 3 sets in 5 directions. I will keep this routine like it is as long as I still feel the slight fatigue and soreness afterwards. Wish I had measured my BP length in the beginning. But oh well. Almost back to 8 BP.

I must admit though there is a bigger margin of error when measuring NBP so it could be a measurement error on my part. I will measure again in about 1 or 2 weeks.

Yesterdays workout:

3 sets of 5 way stretches
35 dry jelqs
5 6sec horse squeezes

Hot cup before and after. I had sex the night before so my EQ wasn’t the best even before the workout but it was really engorged so I figured it was good to go. Immediately after the 5 squeezes at the end my EQ was shot! After a couple hours though it was back. Last night it was really good though. I think I will keep the 5 squeezes for a month and see how it goes. Got great expansion from the squeezes and I didn’t squeeze hard just firm.
