I started out with the newbie routine with 5mins stretches and 10mins jelqing 2 on 1 off. After 2 weeks i realized that was too much for me. My erections got sluggish and i couldn’t keep the proper erection level during the second workout. So i took 2 days off and started the linear routine.
I started with 1 stretch in all 5 directions and 30 jelqs about 6 seconds each. Took me about 3 weeks before i could increase this. But i have slowly worked up to my current routine of:
1 on 1 off
5min warm up
13.5min dry jelqing
5min warm down
I have had positive PIs since the start of the linear routine and as I increase it weekly I make sure that they stay on the positive side. I’m going to copy and paste my tracking log from my phone so that i can continue it here. I only measure length non bone pressed because that is what is mostly usable during sex. This is my log from my phone.
7-20-16: 6.75 x 5.75 BG: 6.25
8-11-16: NBP 6.875 x 5.75 BG: 6.25
Start Linear Routine: 8-12-16
8-25-16: 6.938 x 5.75 BG: 6.25
9-5-16: increased to 10 stretches
9-12-16: 15 stretches
9-16-16: 20 stretches
I cheated and measured length on the 16th and I reached 7”nbp. I want to wait until the 20th which will make it my 2 month mark to make that official. It was actually a little passed the 7” mark. I always measure after a rest day before I do my routine every week. I was once 7.25nbp at my biggest years ago(i did PE about 6 years ago)but I ran into erection problems due to porn that lasted about 5 years. It took me that long to finally learn that porn was the root of the problem but that is cleared up now. I was kind of scared that fantasizing during jelqing would affect me negatively but it doesn’t at all. But i want to reach about 8x6.25nbp. Sucks that i haven’t gained girth yet. Maybe that will come as I up my dry jelqing time.
