New PEers progress reports

I was wondering if anyone wanted to join me in a progress report. I’m on my second day of PE and am keen to see how others progress starting out at the same time as me. I am currently 5.9” and 4.4” girth. I’m going to simply have a go at the newbie routine, 2 days on, 1 day off and see how I go. Hopefully, seeing some good gains in length (although girth is more desirable, I’ll settle for length at first). Once I’m convinced I can gain then I’m going to try and adopt more exercises. Obviously I’m researching all the time and trying to come up with a routine to start maybe in 6 weeks or so I.e. Once I’ve got used to the whole PE idea.

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

Goal: 6.75 nbp (7.1 bp) x 5.1 Final goal : 7.25 nbp x 5.3

I’ve added you to my buddy list. When did you start originally then and what gains did you see? I’m currently doing the regular newbie routine stretching and jelqing. I stretch in all different directions 9 times for 30 secs and sometimes I split my jelqing up if I’m pushed for time I.e. Morning and night

I started back in july 07 and I have gained around .8 in in length and .25 in girth, not consistent at all. The newbie routine with some variations is all I have done.

Goal: 6.75 nbp (7.1 bp) x 5.1 Final goal : 7.25 nbp x 5.3

I’m in too, been a member a while, but never had the time to do this, as I thought there was no point unless I’m 100% commited. Starting tomorrow. Newbie routine. So whats the idea here then, update every week/month or just whenever we see gains?

Well I just measured for hte first time so I’ll update here.

I am using a traction device up to 8 hours a day, and pumping once a day. Started in February but only got serious with the traction for the last month.

Upon measuring I seem to have gone from 5.5 NBPEL x 5.6 EG to 5.7 NBPEL x 5.8 EG.

I’m pretty happy with that.


Starting Stats - 5.5 NBPEL x 5.6 EG

Current Stats - 5.7 NBPEL x 6.2 EG

Goal - 7 x 6 (with hopefully a large flaccid hang)

Ok so my penis seems like it’s hanging longer flaccid and a slight girth, and I’m only on my 6th day (4 days of exercise) I’m on this site everyday ALOT so I figure .. Time to donate

I had a bit of a set back by scaring myself looking at some of the injury threads, but I’m just taking it steady. I’m on 2 on 1 off routine. I warm up in the shower most of the time and do the newbie routine. Although somedays when I’m busy I tend to split my PEing up, doing it at work maybe in 3 slots I.e. Stretching, 100 jelqs, 100 jelqs, but unfortunately don’t have chance to warm up when doing this. I think I might have gained flaccid ever so slightly. My EQ is still good and sex with my girlfriend is still great.
