Today’s BPEL:

Erection wasn’t 100% today I guess because I havent kegeled in 3 days. But I seem to be gaining about .125 per month so far. Hope it continues to an inch atleast before any plateaus. It was kinda hard to get an erection today I may be bigger than that but that is what I will go with. NBP was all over the place because of the eq so I will track that next time.

Today’s routine same as before.

16x30 sec stretches
40 dry jelqs
3 horse squeezes

In the future if I think I may need 3 days off I will do kegels on the second day. Those 3 days off of doing nothing but reverse kegels temporarily lowered my eq. I couldn’t tell until today because my PIs weren’t bad they just weren’t as good as when I do my routine every other day. I may have gotten a slighty larger measurement had I waited until the day before my second workout when my eq is raging again but it’s not that serious. I may or may not measure next week depending on my patience and if I feel it has grown. I expect to reach the half inch mark on the 20th which will be 4 months but if it comes sooner I won’t be mad at all. Slow and steady gains have been coming since the beginning.

17x30 stretches

3 horse squeezes

PIs are looking good. Had to stop a little more to let the erection percentage go down. I can tell when my dick is really fresh feeling because all I have to do is fantasize about a kiss with my wife and the blood comes rushing in! When PIs aren’t at their best I have to fantasize about us having sex. No pictures or anything needed. I don’t see why so many use pictures to increase eq during their routine. As a former porn addict who struggled with porn induced ed for so long if I can do it without pictures other can too. It is like a drug eventually you will need a different picture and a more graphic one. It is a crutch that is not needed. But I will continue to do what is best for me. Can’t wait to measure Monday hopefully the 2 days of rest on the weekends increase my rate of growth a little bit since I am a less is more gainer.

Just realized we are going to have a full house until January starting next weekend. Due to this situation I will have to pe without warmups. It’s not a problem I’ve done it almost every other weekend that I had to pe due to privacy. I take long poops so it is an easy excuse. But it’s not a big deal because stretching is enough of a warmup. People don’t do it to perform piss pulls. My stretches aren’t intense at all so it isn’t really needed. I pull just enough to reach max stretch length with no extra force. While I do think some situations justify not warming up there is no excuse to stop pe. There is always time to fit the routine in somehow. But I may consider taking an extra shower and stretching in there. The water bill will already be high enough though so I don’t know.

EQ wasn’t good today. Struggled to get through the jelq portion. Of course no gains. I may need 2 or 3 more days off. After that I will go back to 15x30 sec stretches. When PIs are back positive I will measure again.

You are doing a great job staying level headed. Bad PIs and no gains are no reason to panic. This happens to the best of us. If I counted all my PE mistakes and stupidity I’d go crazy and run a fresh Bic ballpoint dry.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

LOL thanks gold. I always have to remind myself that bad PIs mean no growth. I’m just trying to stay on the right path and not make my eq suffer. I may lessen my stretches to something like 12 total and slowly work up again. I will see how things go. It is confusing sometimes to check PIs. I get nocturnal erections every night but sometimes not as strong. My last 3 day break my eq still wasn’t 100% but I made a 1/16 gain after that. Should I wait until it is easy to get a 100% erection with ease? Maybe I wasn’t done recovering even after that 3 day break. I just don’t want to take off too much time due to already having a bunch of rest days designed in my routine.

OK I will go based on how easy it is to get an erection and hardness. I won’t need more than a week off though so that’s good to know.

8.125 bp!

My PIs are better today and I couldn’t resist the ruler with so much free time so I decided to measure. My NBP went up to 7.1875. Finally reached my first .5” gain. I am still waiting until it gets a little better to start pe again which I estimate to be Friday. I had a slight ache in the ligs last night which isn’t bad but a positive feeling ache that let’s me know it is still repairing itself from the workout yesterday. I feel it at night more because it is when you are relaxed that you feel aches that are so light like that. When I start back on Friday I will go back to my previous routine which seems to be the area where most of my gains have come.

15x30 sec stretches
37 jelqs
3 horse squeezes

Took away the 2 extra stretches that I was doing recently because just those 2 send me into overtraining if I have sex which I do atleast 2 times a week.

I see how important keeping a detailed log is. I have looked back at my previous routine reps and gains many times trying to hone in on the optimum number of reps and time that produce gains. Mostly trial and error. I think I will stick to the above routine in my last post for about 2 weeks and see what happens.

EQ was great today so I decided to pe. A great way for me to measure whether or not I overtrained is to get an erection while standing up after pe. I’ve noticed that during times where I needed a break I can’t do that. I’d have to sit down to get a hard erection.

This is a good rule of thumb. My EQ isn’t as good as yours on average but on my raging hard on days, this is a great metric. Right next to nocturnal erections.
