Dude really go for just lenght now… added girth makes it harder to gain lenght… and also when you try to gain lenght girth often comes with it. It may happen the vice versa but not really as much. You will be able to get girth later with clamping, pumping and squeezes. Get all that sweet starter lenght now :)

Besides the 3 squeezes I wont be doing any advances girth stuff until I reach a 1” Length gain. Like you said some will probably come along the way. Id be happy if its atleast .25”.

Should do. I definitely gained girth while using an extender and I gained 0.75” from that alone in lenght

Not sure if this is the best option as main tracking progress, because this section of the penis accumulates quite some edema fluids from PE (plus the uniformity of the skin there, in both cases, circumcised or not). I would stay focusing at midshaft measurements.

Thanks I will look into those. I meant adding the additional measurement not stopping the midshaft measurement. Midshaft is more important to me.

Done my regular routine today. Had sex afterwards. I will decide friday if I will take the weekend off. I am starting to become more in tune with my body. I can’t tell if my stretching was effective enough for growth or if I overdone it until the next day after a pe day. So I did pe today but I wont know if I need to take an extra day until tomorrow. But being that I didnt change my routine I wouldnt need one until friday if at all. Even though my PIs were positive I knew I wasnt fully recovered because of the soreness. Erections were still really hard but that didnt matter. I think 2 days of rest is what gave me my last 1/16” gain. I felt a light soreness which told me I needed an extra day. Even though my routine is pretty light and I only workout every other day I still need an extra day off here and there. Linear routine is the best!

It is the day after a workout day which is my off day. I can tell by the fatigue that I will need tomorrow off too in order for my penis to heal. It feels like a positive soreness that you get when your muscles are sore from the gym. The last time I had to take 2 days off I grew 1/16th inch. Maybe it wouldve grown slightly more if I had taken another day after that because I dont know if I was fully healed from that previous workout. I did 5 horse squeezes on monday so that couldve cause some extra fatigue as well. It is always delayed for me and I wont really know if I am ready for the next session until the night before a pe day. But usually getting an easy erection for me means I can get a pe session in. I will update again on saturday or sunday.

But Im sure it was the sex that caused the delayed recocery. Sex always come first it is part of the reason we pe.

I recovered a lot faster than I thought so I went ahead and did my session today.

I will see how I feel tomorrow to determine if I can go the next day. The slight fatigue is always delayed. I may add just 1 stretch next week depending on recovery.

I will add 1 stretch on every 4th workout. Basically still doing the linear routine. I love this routine it is working great. I may not measure this week or next depending on my patience. I had planned on measuring every week and only increasing the routine when I went 2 weeks without gains but I figured why do that when I can continue to slowly increase volume over time. This would eliminate the need for weekly measurements to track progress. I like to keep things simple as long as it works and take extra rest if needed. I will try and go one more week without measuring or longer if I can. I have no idea how you guys hold out for a month. I am the most patient person I know but when it comes to measuring gains I cant wait. Lol

One thing I will add though is I do not do warm ups on weekend workouts due to privacy although I do warm down. I always take 5 second to stretch to the maximum pull every workout anyway so I do not think warm ups matter than much. I will say though it stays a little more plump when I do not warm up while stretching but not so much that it is a problem. I prefer to warm up but it would seem suspicious if I turned on water before I took a shit in the mornings.

I added 3 dry jelqs and it seemed like my dick handled it well. It wasnt like adding 2 more horse squeezes that threw me into slight overtraining.

I changed it to 2 weeks because I want to do a little experiment. Maybe drop it down to 3 days a week Monday Wednesday Friday for 2 weeks and see if I make better gains. This Monday will be my 2 week mark to measure. I am contemplating whether or not I want to take a 3 day break before I measure so my schedule can change because I do 1 on 1 off right now. But I may just wait until the week where my schedule goes to the monday Wednesday Friday week and keep it that way. I will see but I will be measuring every 2 weeks from now on. I like to take a 2 day break before I measure to make sure PIs are 100%.

Today is day 2 of my rest days. I will check my PIS tomorrow to see if I will pe or wait 1 more day. My PIs are good but you know how your erections can be good but not be your absolute best. I feel like a 3 day per week routine would be best. A 2 day break makes me feel like it may produce better gains for me. My dick gets its absolute hardest with minimum effort after a 2 day break. So if I start tomorrow it will be Tuesday Thursday Saturday but it will be the other 3 days if I start on Monday. Maybe this will help my girth growth as well. I remember when I switched from doing 20 totally stretches to 15 I had to take 2 days off. PIs were really good after the 2 days and that is what made me gain that last bit to 8bp. I will measure before my next session because I haven’t in about 2 weeks now.

Decided to wait until tomorrow to start my routine again. Slight soreness is still there. PIs are looking good though. Head is fuller during erections and is easier to get an erection. Probably going to go back to 15x30 sec stretches. Seems like that may be enough for gains at least for now. I will measure tomorrow and do that routine for about 2 weeks Monday Wednesday and Friday. I think that may produce better gains for me not that my gains aren’t good but I feel like I am still finding that perfect frequency and volume that will make me gain just a little bit more in less time. I guess I read too many posts about how 3 days a week isn’t enough but it is for some people. Hell I have read how some guys gained an inch doing a session 2 days a week that wasn’t more than 30 mins. As long as I get that slight soreness and fatigue I know that I am doing enough for growth. Similar to the feeling you get after a good workout at the gym.
