I think befor I was starting PE I had this errection problem. I was worried for it already befor I discoverd and started PEing. I started PE since 2-3months ago but my firm errections were lost 7-8months ago. I can get errections easily
But they are like 85-95% and I cant keep it up so long :(
When I jelquing and after half time I cum more usually now. I can cool down, relax and not touch my penis untill less aroused. I do try this but Then Its hard to maintain or get an errection again to continue the jelque session. That sonetimes realy irritates.

I had long morning woods this morning but not 100% firm. So I did kegels and then revers kegels.

I have searched abot kegels and revers kegels and as much as I could but Im still not so sure.and worried for my errections

Sounds typical. You need to retrain to natural erections.

No porn
Try to get erect on sexy thoughts only(no touch) (might take some days/weeks to retrain)
Relax pelvic floor ( only reverse kegel)(reverse kegel = pushing your pelvic floor inside out, a bit like shitting(take care! lol) but more towards the penis)
Try to get erections in different positions(squatting, lying in bed). Take note of contractions or tense muscles in pelvic floor and let them go.
Limit ejaculations to every other day.
Dont go too hard on the PE front (observe your Physiological Indicators (link in my signature))

Takes some time to train yourself to normal erections.
At least a week following a disciplined programm.
Dont get frustrated if it doesnt work right away.

I realy have almost left full the porn and rarely watch it. Also I realy alredy trying to get errections on sexy thought when I want an errection. Often I imagen having romace with my wife. and It often works. :)
Also I will try to get errections in diffrent positions. I find it hard to get errections or keep it when laying in the bed. but laying on sides I get better erections.

Yes I do both kegels when ever I get an oppotunity. And specially on day off.
Should I do more of revers kegels than normal kegels or to skip normal kegels for the moment and only focus on revers kegels??

I think and feel that revers kegels have been helping me slowly slowly.

I have not been masterbating since months and now thinking to add edging to my routine on days off. I did 5-6minuts edging yesterday. only to increase my timing in bed.

I am feeling better mentally and my stress is getting less and less. I am.meditating sometumes and thats helping me relaxing in body and soul. So overall Its getting better slowly but atleast getting better

I would only focus on reverse kegels for the time beeing. The muscles you work with the normal kegel are most the times strong enough to do the job. But if they are clenched too often possiblitiy is that they will block/tense up your pelvic floor.
I think many have unbalanced pelvic floor cause of too much focus on the normal kegel / bc muscle.
(The reverse kegel might engage the IC muscle more but can also be seperated to only engage the IC muscle, more on that here: Kegel - the secret revealed with some posts from me too on the end of the thread)

Much better to check all day for tension and if observed to let go of them via a reverse kegel.

Its good to try having erection, or performing reverse kegel, in many situations and positions to help the pelvic floor get rid of tension.

Its a bit like gymnastics for the body ;)

Yeah takes time and doing it ritually.

Do you do any regular physical activity to get your heart rate up? I find penis health goes hand in hand with overall body health.

Okay! I will special focus on Reverse kegels but is there any special erection level for revers kegeling or at any level (flaccid, semi or full erect) I can do it?

And How can I check on or observe the tension on my PC muscle?
I don’t know what is IC muscle I will look for it.

I actually am a good exerciser but since a couple of months I have left my super exercises and running but did only normal like diffrent pushups, Pullups, muscle-ups, etc walk& few times running. I have left my abs workout too and did it rarely during the past couple of months. I have good muscle and cute and sex packs but Im skinny. I sent my application to ninja warrior and I may competete :) So I love to compete and exercises.

With awareness you can check for tension. Its the same like checking if your hand or neck is tense.

The reverse kegel done at flaccid relaxes the pelvic floor and pushes tense muscles back/out.
Just read up on the reverse kegel much to find about it. If the normal kegel is the muscle that pushes urin out while pissing in waves then the reverse kegel is the one increasing the steady flow.

Can be done flaccid and erect. If done erect is increases my erection strenght right away.

Squats are best for bloodflow to the dick.

I understood! Now I will try to check on tense muscles and take them away via reverse kegels.

I have felt that reverse kegeling at erect made my erection better at the moment when I was revers kegeling yesterday. So I will do both at errect and flaccid. depend on the moment.

Right with rev. kegel. Thats how to do it.

As in holding tension/contracting and then releasing while going over to a reverse kegel(=balanced pelvic floor).(reverse kegel is basicly the opposite of a normal kegel).
You dont want a slight/tense normal kegel contraction during the day. It would be like doing/contracting a fist/hand while watching TV.
Active relaxation through rev kegel is better.

Optimal would be: just relaxed. Theoreticly also while masturbating or having sex as the muscles contract involuntary to create a natural reaction. (faster then you could do conciously).

Yes squat is increasing blood flow down there. But not while youare doing them(then it will take blood away) but overall penis and legs use “same blood”(vs. for example arms)

And I always did Squats 4,5times a day but since a couple of months I left most of my exercise. But did squats few times. I do one leg squats too.

I think I do try to get full errection, Do a nornal kegel but holding my penis in my hand, to change the blood to fresh blood when I stop for a minute during kegel session. Its nice feeling too.

Yesterday I did some fullups with raised legs and after that the body part between beely and penis (maybe blader) is painful a little, maybe muscles there are tensed or streched after this supper exercise in a long time.

Maybe its just normal and I should be now worried. I thought if it something connected with penis

I am going to add some manual squeezes to my PE routine and some diffrent variations of streched in a week or two. When I feel relaxed and get time. Also started edging on my days off to last longer.

That’s a good idea. Start slowly with the squeezes. Edging can be done daily if you have time and positive PI’s.

You dont want kegel contractions during normal day activities(shopping, learning, eating.).
You want to be relaxed during the day. If you notice you are tense then let it go and/or do a reverse kegel.
AND this also means to do normal kegels only during focused PE exercises(as you descreb above). Cause otherwise you train yourself having kegel contractions during watching TV etc.

When you masturbate or have sex you then also want to be relaxed down there.
Reason beeing: A 100% errection is created by the pelvic floor muscles contracting very fast. Faster then you can do conciously.
So best would be to be totally relaxed and let the ererction happen.
If you arent relaxed then the muscles are too tense to do their job on their own.
So you can help the errection there with a reverse kegel too.
